Spacious apartment in the historical district in a historical building.Pros:- very good location, Tram28 in five minutes, etc.- nice restaurant in 10m- comfortable beds- quiet street, no cars - good communication with host- good value for money Cons:- bad smells in the bathroom (this is an old building)- no heating just 2 electric heater, winter time can be a bit cold (mainly the first 1-2 days)- no blackout curtain and there is a street lamp just at the windows

Perfect for us!

This was the perfect place for 2 friends to stay and explore Alfama! We both slept comfortably in our own rooms, relaxed in the morning with a coffee and Netflix, and walked to every location we wanted. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect place in Alfama

Out of 5 stars I'd give it a 6 if I could. It's really a nice size, well appointed, and every ammenity you could want. Close to shops, food, and transport. The management company is super professional and attentive.

Perfect area. Not far from everything. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were too big. It was good area to plan our day.

Not only was it never stated, the apartment was up a very large hill, but the bed was extremely hard and the worse part was the sewer smell was unbearable! All the property managers did was add a room freshener! Luckily we only spent 2 nights there. I can’t recommend this apartment at all!

2 weeks in Alfama

Location was great and the apartment was a good size. There was an overwhelming smell from the bathroom the entire time and there were some interior moisture issues. For these reasons, I would not stay there again.

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr zu empfehlen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Von hier kann Mann Lissabon sehr gut erkunden. Bitte beachten: ein Auto kann nicht in die Straße fahren, man muss oberhalb aussteigen.

Apt in the heart of the Alfama

This sweet apartment is right smack in the heart of the Alfama. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated beautifully, the beds are very comfortable. Check-in was so easy and very flexible; we were returning from Porto and had train scheduling issues which they so graciously accommodated for us. We loved being in this apartment and becoming part of the fabric of the neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to have another fan or mobile ac unit. The one did not properly cool the whole apartment. Not a huge deal, just to make this apartment totally perfect. Loved Lisbon and the Alfama neighborhood.
