静かな広々とした庭園にはプライベートプール、テラスがあり、パノラマの景色に囲まれています。リビングルームにはベッドルーム1室とソファベッドルームがあり、自然愛好家のために数時間の静寂と静けさを提供します。

最近整備された良いサイズのラウンジ/レストランにパティオのドアを介してGiteに入る。 追加ゲストや子供用のダブルソファベッド、Freeview付きのテレビ+ DVD、様々な窓があり、その景色を楽しむことができます。
イタリアのシャワーを浴びたモダンなバスルームから離れ、ホールへと向かいます。
次に小さいが完全に装備されたキッチン、そして最後に1つのダブルベッドとテラスに戻って開いているスライドドアを持つ良いサイズのベッドルームに、そして再び、そのビューに！

屋外には、テーブルと椅子、パラソル、日陰、プール、安全な池、駐車場があるプライベートガーデンにあるバーベキューテラスがあります。

Great property

Fabulous location with panoramic views of the Pyrenees. The gite is well equipped, spacious shower and well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool is a great asset so good to be able to cool down.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this quiet spot. Swimming in the cooling pool whilst watching the cows stroll by and sunbathing with nothing to hear but the birds. This is the ideal place for a get away from it all holiday and we had the opportunity to spend quality family time together.

Amazing

Loved all aspects of our stay - great accommodation, fantastic location and views plus excellent communication with Gail & Ric - who couldn’t do more to help. Overall a really great time and complimented by superb weather. Loved it.

Beautifully located house. Uniquenplace and a lovely private Pool. Lots of information about the area. People who like peace and quiet hace come to the right place. The Pyrenees in annhour ( by car). Friendly hostess and nice , freindly dog. Definitely a house to come back.

We spent three very relaxing weeks in Lalanne, during which we were able to fully enjoy the exclusive location of the property in a unique French landscape. The house was ideal for a stay with our labrador dogs, who could roam freely on the property. Our stay was optimally supported by the very friendly and helpful landlords, so that we did not lack information and technical support. A stay in April is also highly recommended. Bad weather can always be compensated by great excursions. When the sun shines, the feeling of summer sets in immediately. To be honest, we would buy the property in a heartbeat!

The ideal place to relax

I join in with the many positive comments about the 'gite', the landlady and the landlord and want to comment on the soul of that place. Whenever you want to become grounded, spend your holidays in "Le Petit Rossingnol" where you can listen to the nightingale in spring. You plunge into a world that got lost in oblivion. Suddenly you hear a plane, cruising in altitudes more than 10 km, because there is no backgrond noise except for some frogs in a pond. You can see a night sky with millions of stars because there is no light pollution except for a faint glow in the direction of Lannemezan, close to the Pyrenees. Between yourself and the mountain panorama of the Pyrenees you see wooded hills and when you search the woods for a house you will find one tiny roof far away. In a word: Forget about your psychologist, discover yourself again in a slowed down surrounding.

Perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Petit Rossingnol. The gite is perfect for couples looking to relax in authentic rural France, and the pool is a blessing for cooling off in the heat of the day. The views from the terrace go from lovely (minimum setting) to jaw dropping when the heat haze clears and the mountains are visible.Gail and Ric are all that you want from hosts; discreet and allowing you privacy, but friendly and on hand if you need them.There's plenty to explore in the vicinity if you can tear yourself away from the view: the Gallo Roman villa at Montmaurin is one of the prettiest I've ever seen, set in greenery and glades, Boulogne sur Gesse is a sleepy bastide town with a market and a couple of restaurants- although the best food we had was at two Ferme-Auberges in Boulogne's outlying villages: Peguilhan and Preville, where the three course lunch time menus were less than 14 euros, home grown and home cooked. While the Pic du Midi was a little disappointing when we visited, being shrouded in cloud, (to be fair, the chap at the ticket office warned us that the summit was foggy) it was still an interesting experience, meeting the wild alpaca at the bottom of the mountain, and going up in the cable car for a coffee at the top. We stopped at the Chateau de Mauvezin on the way back from the Pic- a small medieval castle with fabulous views of the mountains. St Bertrand des Comminges (which belongs to the association of the "Prettiest Villages in France") was indeed very pretty with craft shops and an ancient monastery. The wildlife around the gite was fun- an unidentified honking/rustle from over the road turned out to be two frogs going a-wooing in the pond, birds of prey swooped and screeched in the midday sun, and the bovine ladies formation eating team kept us entertained as they moved around their field munching. All in all, we had a lovely time- thank you Gail and Ric.

Gite dépaysant et calme

Ce séjour fut très agréable. La piscine est un véritable plus qui nous a permis de nous rafraichir lors des grosses chaleurs. L'équipement nécessaire est la, par contre il faut juste savoir que le lave-linge est dans le garage des propriétaires et non au gite. Cependant, nous avons pu y aller autant de fois que nous voulions. Je recommande et pense y revenir plus tard. Laurence

Prachtig privéplekje in mooi Frankrijk

Wat een prachtig plekje in Frankrijk. Heerlijk op jezelf met een eigen zwembad in een huisje dat alles heeft wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaren zijn top en heel gastvrij en je voelt je vanaf het allereerste moment welkom. Als je van rust houdt, mooie uitzichten, genoeg activiteiten om te doen in de omgeving en een fijne gastvrouw, dan is dit plekje supergeschikt! Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Idealer Ort zur Entschleunigung

Zu dem Ferienhaus und seinen Vermietern ist den zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen nichts hinzuzufügen-wir können auch nur von unserer vollen Zufriedenheit berichten. Daher greifen wir einen Aspekt auf, das Ökosystem. Trotz eines Feuchtbiotops am Rand zum Gelände keine Mückenplage! Frösche, Kröten, Molche, Salamander, Schwalben, Fledermäuse und zahlreiche verschiedene Vogelarten halten alles im Gleichgewicht. Rehwild äst gegen Abend am Waldesrand. Die Wälder sind sich zum großen Teil selbst überlassen, was schon an den wenigen Wegen, die in oder durch die Wälder führen, zu erkennen ist. Es ist also ratsam, sich zuvor im Netz eine Wanderroute in der Region vorschlagen zu lassen. Dafür taucht man aber in eine Landschaft ein als ein Urlauber, der im Fernblick auf die Pyrenäen bei intensiver Suche in den bewaldeten Höhen des Vorgebirgsschwemmkegels der Neste ein einziges Hausdach in der Ferne entdecken kann und einen Nachthimmel erlebt, der dank fehlender Lichtverschmutzung den Betrachter nur staunen lässt. Nach wenigen Tagen gewöhnt sich das Gehör daran, Geräusche zuzuordnen, die im dichtbesiedelten Deutschland im Hintergrundrauschen untergehen. So hören Sie z.B: ein Flugzeug, das in 10-12 km Höhe seine Bahn zieht und Sie hören auch die Nachtigall, sofern Sie in der ersten Jahreshälfte im Haus 'Le Petit Rossignol' IIhren Urlaub verbringen. Kurzum: Ein idealer Ort zur Entschleunigung und zur Wiederentdeckung der eigenen Person als Teil dieses einzigartigen Planeten.

Tranquillité, beauté du paysage

Une vue a couper le souffle pour cette ravissante petite maisonnette. Nous avons apprécié tout particulièrement la grande baie vitrée dans la chambre qui nous a permis de "presque " dormir a la belle etoile, et d'apprecier +++ le lever de soleil sur les Pyrénées.

Fantastisch!

Fantastische locatie, geweldig uitzicht, heel fijn en compleet huisje, top zwembad en bovenal een hele vriendelijke gastheer en -dame! Wij hebben hier een fantastische week gehad met onze twee hondjes die ook hebben genoten van de grote tuin en de wandelingen die direct vanaf het huisje zijn te maken. Wij hopen nog eens terug te komen.

Parfaite petite retraite à la campagne

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine entre frère et sœurs dans ce logement. Le cadre est idéal pour déconnecter et destresser. Gail est une superbe hôte, très gentille et nous a mis à l’aise et qui était disponible si besoin. La piscine privée sans vis-à-vis et un gros plus. La vue est imprenable sur la nature. Pas mal d’activités aquatiques sur le lac de la Gimone tout près en voiture. Si vous avez un doute, foncez c’est une superbe occasion de se relaxer et de s’amuser seul, en couple, entre amis ou en famille.

der beste Urlaub :)

absolut tolles Haus mit Pool und super Panoramablick und perfekter Lage. Wer die Ruhe und Tiere liebt, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sympathisch.Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, bei Fragen stand die Vermieterin jederzeit zur Verfügung. Auch unser Hund war herzlich Willkommen.Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder :)))

Ric and Gail Phillp , ex-ski instructors ,retired to France in 2008 from Andorra to enjoy their hobbies-walking, cycling, golf, amateur bird watching. Ric to build his kit car and learn to play the saxophone ! Gail to create and potter in her garden in between playing golf and volunteering the local Dog Refuge, making cakes, jam and chutney!
Both of us have always loved the countryside and mountains and feel we have found the ideal spot to live with Foxy our rescue dog now our children have left home.

This is one of the most peaceful and beautiful locations in the sunflower region of Gascony. Boasting over 300 days of sunshine per year we are lucky to be able to eat outside nearly all year round, enjoying that view which made us fall in love with this property.!
From our door step we can walk or cycle on virtually empty roads and tracks.
We can play golf admiring views of the Pyrenees on uncrowded courses.
We have plenty of good varied,, well priced, local restaurants (within 10 mins ) offering wonderful Gascony cuisine with very friendly service

Yet,,although we're away from everywhere we're also very well situated -
We can ski in the winter or take a hike in the mountains once the snow has melted
We're within easy reach of the the main cities , Toulouse , Auch, Tarbes , Lourdes , where there are plenty of things to do and see .
No wonder we often think we are living in Paradise !
