Perfect days

Wonderful stay - perfect communication with the owner - perfect on-site support (thanks again to Simone and Miguel) - the house is very well equipped - ideal for 2 to 4 people - very quiet location - 150m to a small beach, where our dog could jump into the water ;-) - amazing evening walks along the sea to the harbor - highly recommended all around!

Thank-you for your comment and your stay, Thomas!! Indeed we do not have air conditioning in the house, as it is stated in the advertisement. Still, we believe it is much better and environmentally friendly to use ceiling fans; modern ones do make any noise and they are very energy-efficient. That is why we already have ceiling fans in each bedroom (hope you have used them during your stay, we always sleep with them the whole night and it is very nice), and that is why we are installing a new one in the living room this week. Have a nice year!!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger, perfektgelegener Lage

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Absolute Empfehlung! The house is very cosy, comfortable and even better than the fotos. Very clean and from the kitchen accessories, childrens toys for the beach, nice furniture indoor and outdoor there is everything you can wish for. The sea is nearby and with a few minutes walk you reach cala son moll and the promenade of Cala Ratjada with restaurants and shops. Juan is a very nice host and we recommend the house very much!
