It is also a 20-minute walk from Viveiro and its medieval historic center, where you can continue shopping or sample the typical tapas of the area.

Thanks to its location, this property makes the use of a car unnecessary, if not desired. Viveiro Public Park offers children's play areas 150 meters away, and the beaches of Sacido and Seiramar are less than 10 minutes away. To the south, there are several lush mountain trails for nature lovers. Thanks to its flat promenades, cycling is another good option, allowing you to visit the riverside promenade or the port of Celeiro, a specialist in hake fishing.
