The apartment is fully equipped with everything for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There is free wifi. A travel cot and high chair are available in the apartment, plus an additional fold up bed is available free on request. There is free car parking just outside the apartment. The 150 acre landscaped grounds include two lakes, a boat house, a picnic area overlooking Filey Bay, a pub and a coffee shop. There is direct access to the beach. Guests have free access to the leisure centre with its 2 pools, one for the grown ups and one for the kids, sauna and steam room.
