Great place to stay in Arles - Ample of room and a great patio for evening drinks or breakfast. Walking distance to the center of Arles and convient parking space when you have a car.

Comfortable base for exploring Arles and the region

The property was a great base to explore Arles - clean, comfortable and well-equipped for a family stay. Location is 15-20 minutes walk from centre of town.

just an amazing stay

We really loved our stay. It was one of the best equiped apartments we ever stayed at. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. And a wonderful garden. Communication with Alain was always good and quick. We will def go back here for a next stay Arles

Lovely house in Arles

Alain's house is lovely, well-cared for, well-decorated, with a good kitchen if you don't want to eat out every night. You will either need a car or to use taxis f you are planning to spend a lot of time in Arles center in the warm weather, as the bus is infrequent and stops operating at 3PM in the afternoon. It's tiring if you are needing to go back and forth by foot to historical Arles if you are spending the day and then want go home to relax or get ready for dinner out. So all in all, a responsive, thoughtful host with a comfortable and well-done house, but you will want a car or a good taxi service as described above.

Nice property , but surroundings and parking definite minus minus

The property was clean and spacious with all the facilities you could ever need. We didn’t use the garden, because of the mosquitoes, and we didn’t particularly like the area. There is too much time spent trying to park my car as it is almost impossible. Twice during our stay, I had to reverse in from road to the provided parking place for the property. Because of the way other cars were parked. We were unable to connect to the WI-FI during the 6 days we spent at the property. I contacted Alain who told me it hadn’t been a problem before and that I could contact the local manager of the property. I didn’t because we were only there for six days, so we didn’t want any inconveniences.

Fast perfekt

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Arles verbracht. Es war Juli und sehr war warm.Die Unterkunft liegt am Ende eines Reihenhausgebäudes auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Dazu gehören zwei PKW-Stellplätze. Der Hof ist recht eng und das Einparken mit größeren Fahrzeugen erfordert etwas Können. Die angetroffenen Nachbarn waren nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist ein reines Wohngebiet und relativ ruhig. Bis ins Zentrum sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten. Zur nächstgelegenen Boulangerie sind es ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 10 Minuten.Der Check-in und die Abreise waren problemlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte via Schlüsseltresor. Für das Zufahrtstor lag im Haus eine Fernbedienung bereit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter in Englisch war super. Unser Problem mit dem WLAN war schnell geklärt.Die Ausstattung war wie angegeben. Wir fanden es schick und zweckmäßig. In jedem Zimmer gab es zusätzlich einen Ventilator, welche sehr dabei halfen die Wärme etwas besser zu ertragen.Den toll gestalteten Außenbereich haben wir aber größtenteils nur zum Frühstück und Abendessen genutzt. Sonst war es einfach zu warm und die Mücken waren unerbittlich. Weiterhin wurde der Sitzbereich durch die Piniennadeln und die Oleanderblüten und Blätter vom Nachbargrundstück immer wieder sehr stark verunreinigt.Die Unterkunft war ein guter Startpunkt für unsere Erkundungstouren. Ob zu Fuß in die Stadt, mit dem Rad ins Umland oder dem Auto ans Meer war die Anbindung nicht schlecht.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sicherer Parkplatz. Organisatorisch problemlos. Kommunikation anfangs etwas schwierig, da Besitzer in London, Kontaktperson am Ort nicht erreichbar für Rückfragen. Probleme dennoch schnell gelöst.

Tolles Feriendomicil

Reiheneinfamilienhaus in ruhigem Wohnquartier. Sehr wohnlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in alle Richtungen. Arles ist in 20 Gehminuten gut erreichbar.Leider hat es mit dem WILAN nicht geklappt. Kommen gerne wieder.

séjour à Arles hiver 2024

La maison est tres propre, calme et agréable à vivre. Le parking et le jardin sont des plus. La situation a proximité du centre ville d'Arles est pratique même si le quartier incite plutôt à se déplacer en voiture le soir.

Schön entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage war super. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten konnte man das Zentrum erreichen, wohne aber reißen ein wenig außerhalb. Jederzeit wieder gerne, wenn man in der Nähe ist.

Gemütlicher Rückzugsort

Haben einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie im August verbracht. Die heißen Stunden konnten gut im Haus bei einer Siesta verbracht werden und abends ist der rundum geschlossene Gartenbereich perfekt für den Apéro und das Abendessen zu nutzen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, das Auto steht sicher in einem abgesperrten hinteren Hof vor dem Hauseingang und eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Grundstück. Die Anbindung ist gut und günstig, nur geht der letzte Bus aus der Stadt kurz nach 19 Uhr. Die Betten für die Kinder im EG sind für groß gewachsene Jugendliche etwas schmal und kurz. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und reagiert auf Anfragen etc. immer sehr schnell.

Idéal pour explorer Arles et les environs

Dans le cadre de notre périple, Logement très proche d’Arles et de la « Camargue » Très propre avec tous le nécessaire pour passer un chouette moment. Un plus pour le logement : très calme, propre, chaleureux avec sa place de parking.

Très belle maison et emplacement au calme

La maison convient parfaitement a une famille comme la notre, 2 petits 2 adultes, avec un peu d'extérieur, mobilier moderne et belle décoration, surtout au calme et très près à pied de l'Arles historique. On recommande vivement! en plus pendant la Féria c'etait super de rentrer vite et rejoindre vite la ville devenue pietonne et avoir la place de parking assurée. Merci pour leagazine informatif!

Some years ago ,traveling through this region ,I fell in love with the charm , joie de vivre
beauty of the surroundings and of course Arles for its roman antiquities.
There are many interesting towns and villages to visit as well as the Camargue a protected area for wild life of flamingos ,bulls and the famous white horses.
all of this complimented by a very sunny weather from March to October
