Apartment Delfin Torrecilla:
The apartment is completely refurbished in a modern and comfortable style.It has an open kitchen, living-dining room with a sofa-bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and terrace overlooking the communal pool.The pool measures 10x20 square meters, is surrounded by lawn and is open from 01/04 to 30/10. It is a 3 minute walk to Torrecilla Beach and 8 minutes to the Balcon de Europa. The building has access for people with reduced mobility.All services such as pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and private medical centre are within walking distance; so you can forget about having to take the car and enjoy a relaxing stay.If you are coming by plane and don't feel like renting a car, we offer a transfer service. You will be picked up at the arrivals exit and taken to the door of the accommodation. For arrivals after 8 p.m. the driver will have a key from the property.

Everything was fabulous with the apartment modern ,big ,comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need,the shower was great to. location was good for bars restaurants and right across from the beach .Only niggle was the pool didn’t have anything to sit and relax on so you’d have to spend 90 euro on 2 chairs from the shop and the pool shut from 3 til 5 which we found usual as this was around the time we would want to sit round and relax after a day out and it was around this time the sun hit that area .Otherwise we had a great stay .

Edificio Delfin excellent

Excellent communication with Kathrin the local agent before and during our visit. the apartment was in a great location and the best we have stayed in at Edificio Delfin. Highly recommended.

Perfect place near the beach and in middle of the town. Parking is not easy you have to be lucky.

Nice place and house. Nice apartement but very poor furniture and kitchen. Bed for sleeping to hard, have to rent a madrass.

Great apartment

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks from 12 June. It was a lovely apartment and very well equipped. The balcony was lovely and it got afternoon sun but with canopies that you could pull down for shade. The location was perfect for us too, being only a short walk into the centre of town but with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The property manager Kathrin was great to deal with and we were able to have an earlier check in, which was much appreciated. We will definitely be back.

Fijn appartement, straat over volop terrasjes en en natuurlijk de zee. Ook voldoende supermarkten en dicht bij centrum. Kortom het gezelligste stukje van Nerja.

An excellent apartment in a perfect location. So close to everything and as good as it looks in the photos. We loved the personal check in, quite a rarity. Could find no fault and highly recomend this apartment. The assistance with transfers and taxis to a family wedding was a great help.
