Beachcombers - a cottage that sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms

Beachcombers is the ideal base for a large group to get together for a holiday, either an extended family or six couples. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite, a dining room-cum-kitchen with a cosy woodburning stove and large dining room table seating up to 10, a separate sitting room with secondary kitchen/bar area and breakfast table, a small conservatory leading off it and a utility room/bicycle shed. A good sized enclosed garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. There are stunning views in every direction, especially across the Solway Firth to the Lake District Mountains. The sleeping arrangements are:
one upstairs double bedroom with bathroom ensuite,
one downstairs double bedroom with showeroom ensuite,
one upstairs double bedroom with shared downstairs shower room and bathroom,
one upstairs twin room with shared downstairs shower room and bathroom,
one downstairs twin room with ensuite bathroom,
There is oil fired central heating from two boilers assuring plenty of heat and hot water.
