Welcome to an Authentic Lappish Wooden house with a unique character and location. After sauna spot the northern lights from the terrace and when you see them, head to the river, 200 meters from the house, for spectacular views of the Auroras without light pollution. Upon returning to the house drift to relaxation while enjoying the fireplace.

Located within the city area, this is the perfect place to have a bit of distance from the tourist filled areas and experience the peace of Lapland.

Wir können nur Danke sagen. Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage und ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer ist einwandfrei, er reagiert schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in Rovaniemi und haben uns in dem Ferienhaus wirklich wohl gefühlt. Verdiente 5 von 5 Sternen von uns!!!

Northern lights and sone great food

We came to see the northern lights and was not disappointed. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed utilizing the house to relax and use as a hub for our several expeditions. Lots to do just in walking distance from the house and great access to the city center.

house in need of renovation in a beautiful location

The house is in a very good location, close to the river. The furnishings are a bit old, but everything you need is there. The dishwasher and refrigerator have already been replaced. The description states that there are two bathrooms, but that is not correct. The second bathroom is a storage room with a toilet and sink, I couldn't stand in it.

Nettes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist völlig ok und liegt gut, nicht zu nah nicht zu weit, zum Zentrum Rovaniemi. Die Einrichtung ist eher schlicht aber für uns noch akzeptabel. Parken für bis 3 Autos vorm Haus ist auch gut. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett. Alles in allem empfehlenswert, wenn man etwas flexibel mit dem Komfort ist.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Alles gut,der Vermieter ist auch ein netter weil er suf Fragen schnell reagiert und noch ein paar schlitten rumbrachte zur richtigen Zeit.

Good location

Property was in a good location and had everything we needed. We were disappointed there was no igloo as per the listing or a message from the owner beforehand so we could let the children know. The property itself was an unusual layout which is hard to work out from the listing so wasn't quite as expected. 2 bedrooms on entrance were good, living room was lovely. You then walk through a kitchen and corridor which had lots of sheets hung up drying, into a room which was cold, away from the main house (we used the sofa instead of the bedroom). There were clothes in the cupboards too to main room. 2nd toilet was more a storage cupboard for paints and cleaning equipment and I couldn't fit in there and close the door to use it. Despite these quirks the sauna was lovely and we actually had a great time although would likely look for somewhere else to stay next time as doesn't suit our family (2adults, 3 children).

Très agréable maison typiquement finlandaise

Maison agréable sur tous les plans : ambiance, équipement, situation dans laqueyil fait bon vivre "comme a la maison".
