Week Getaway
Property is beautiful. The studio was ok. Very dark as it does not get any direct sunlight and is in need of updating. The checking in process was time consuming and virtual a mess. They’re system at the front desk looks like a group if misguided confused employees. They had out listing under the actual property owners for our VBRO. The resort also charges for cleaning and other taxes which added another $320 to out stay. (Be aware that you pay the VBRO for cleaning and then the resort also charges you for cleaning) The refrigerator was turned all the way on max temperature, so when we awoke in the morning all our groceries were frozen in the refrigerator (milk, eggs, carrots, fruit, yogurt) and many other items ruined. The Diamond Resort concierge called several times to get me to meet with her at the desk to purchase day trips through them. Received a package of bathroom products outside our door the day before we were checking out and a message on our phone that they delivered our needed products. We did not request anything, so somebody did not receive what they were in need of. Sedona area is beautiful and we truly enjoyed the hiking and beauty.
