Enjoy the best beach holidays in this wonderful beachfront apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia. The apartment sleeps three guests.
From the terrace of the apartment you can admire the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, feel its breeze and relax while sunbathing on the sunbeds on the terrace. In addition, the terrace offers a lovely dining space with outdoor lighting, where you can enjoy dinner overlooking the sea in the evening.

The interior is newly renovated and beautifully designed with the latest modern furniture including a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen overlooks the living room with AC, where you can sit with a coffee in the morning enjoying the beautiful bay views. The apartment has an over and ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine. At the back of the apartment overlooking the gardens are two bedrooms with AC, one double room and one room with bunk beds. There is a good size bathroom with bathtub and shower, also newly renovated and modernised. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, coffee maker and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of the apartment is perfect to enjoy the best sun and beach vacations. Alcúdia beach stretches for several kilometres of silky sand where you can not only sunbathe and swim in the warm waters, but also take a walk, enjoy different water sports, taste a delicious meal at a beach bar on the sand, etc. The area offers all the services for an independent stay. In addition, there are beautiful nearby places worth a visit such as the old town of Alcúdia, Port de Pollença or Can Picafort.

It was an amazing experience overall

It was an amazing experience overall. Stayed there for a week, with a few friends. The apartment was amazing, super clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable, with amazing views of the beach and the clear blue sea. Air-con and Wi-Fi available in the rooms. The apartment is situated right on the beach front, so it’s an amazing location to explore and relax on the beach front. Going with friends I initially thought there wouldn’t be a lot to do, but boy was I wrong. There’s so many bars & restaurants to visit nearby or at the Old town, a 10 min drive. And a decent bit of nightlife down at the Banana Club. Lots of hikes and walks you can travel to near by with impressive views. Would recommend to anyone!

Tolles Appartment in bester Strandlage

Direkt am Strand! Große Blick- und windgeschützte Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Stühlen und 2 Liegen Viel Stauraum in den Schränken und Komoden Supermärkte in der Nähe (auch Haushaltsartikel, die man während des Aufenthaltes braucht) Vollausgestattete Küche, Mikrowelle statt Ofen…Keine Spülmaschine (nicht schlimm) Schöner Spaziergang an der Strandpromenade zu dem belebten Teil von Port D´Alcudia mit unzähligen Restaurants und Cafés 25 Minuten zu Fuß zur historischen Altstadt von Alcudia Kein Haartrockner Die Wendeltreppe zum Appartment ist sehr eng, was das Hochbringen von großen Koffern etwas erschwerend macht…Man wird aber mit dem schönen Ausblick belohnt?

Wenn die Strandlage das einzig Positive ist!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem großen hellhörigen Komplex auf dem Grundstück vom Hotel Ciudad Blanca. Entsprechend bekommt man die Beschallung der Animation mit, laute Musik jeden Abend von 20-22 Uhr. Auch auf dem Balkon kann man abends nicht in Ruhe sitzen, da nebenan ein weiteres Hotel ( Paraiso de Alcudia )bis 22 Uhr für laute Musik sorgt. Wer das allerdings mag, ist hier super aufgehoben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr schlecht, die Töpfe und Pfannen sehen aus wie vom Sperrmüll. Frühstücksteller sind Mangelware. Es gibt auch keinen Wasserkocher. Das Wohnzimmer wirkt freundlich. Beide Schlafzimmer dagegen sind spartanisch, das Kinderzimmer mit Metall-Etagenbett und weißen Wänden wirkt wie im Gefängnis. Die Fenster schließen alle nicht richtig, Klebeband ist an den Rahmen befestigt. Und WLAN gibt es auch nicht. Und das ist in der heutigen Zeit schon bemerkenswert in einem Land wie Spanien. Das einzig Positive ist wirklich die direkte Strandlage und der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon, aber das reicht nicht bei dem Preis. Daher können wir die Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlen.
