The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, equipped with a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings during cooler months. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, as well as a sleeping loft under the sloped roof and a sofa bed for one person in the living room. The property also features a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, along with a guest toilet for added convenience. Outside, guests will enjoy a private, secluded plot surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxation and play. Multiple terraces, both open and covered, provide spots to enjoy sunny mornings or sheltered evenings outdoors. The home includes private parking for several cars and is just 350 meters from a child-friendly bathing beach with a pier and a Blue Flag for clean, safe swimming waters. Entertainment is streaming-only, with no traditional TV channels, but Chromecast is available for watching your favorite content. Firewood is not included but can be purchased on-site. This charming retreat combines peaceful surroundings, practical amenities, and easy access to Aarhus, making it an excellent base for exploring the scenic Danish coast. Please note this home is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
