This peaceful farmhouse nestled in the Pisan hills offers a serene escape surrounded by nature. Perfect for families and groups of friends, the recently renovated home features air-conditioned rooms with new mattresses, a large fenced garden welcoming pets, and a private swimming pool with a modern cleaning system. Enjoy long walks, relax by the pool, or explore nearby cultural gems like Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca, and even Florence-all easily accessible for day trips. The beach is just a 30-minute drive away. Outdoor amenities include a brick barbecue and an electric car charging station. Optional services available upon reservation and payment include wine tastings, catering for breakfast and dinner, and up to 15 electric bike rentals. Guests can also rent a motorboat for up to 13 people. For added comfort, three extra bedrooms can be booked onsite.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 400,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
