Villa Elisa is a beautiful 3-bedroom property, perfectly located in popular Kapparis, just a stone’s throw from the famous Fireman’s Beach, and a short walk to a choice of delightful sandy coves dotted along the coastal path. The villa is also just a short walk from the popular Kennedy Avenue, with a great choice of bars, shops, and restaurants. Here, you are perfectly located to enjoy an exceptional holiday with everything right on your doorstep.

There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and glass patio doors leading out from the bedroom on to the private balcony – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom is a twin room. Both rooms share the family bathroom and have balconies to enjoy the great views.

Relax indoors in the spacious lounge area with sofas and a satellite TV, or enjoy a family meal in the dining area seating 6 or on the breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking facilities, a washing machine and dishwasher for a comfortable stay. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor. There is A/C and WiFi throughout, and private off-road parking.
