Surroundings
The holiday home is located on the grounds of the Uitgeest Marina.
A small-scale, well-maintained and professionally managed marina and holiday park. Parking is not a problem, the house has its own parking space, right at the front door. Additional cars can be parked outside the barrier in the car park.
This fully equipped holiday home has a mooring possibility for your boat! The Alkmaarder- and Uitgeestermeer offers plenty of recreational opportunities: sailing, water skiing, surfing, swimming and boat rental. Via the lakes you can sail by boat to Alkmaar or follow the meandering Zaan to Amsterdam. The surrounding nature has unique flora and fauna and yet you live close to the center of Uitgeest and the A9 motorway (Alkmaar-Amsterdam).

Accomodation
The house is all on the ground floor and therefore suitable for all age groups. There are 2 bedrooms (1 x bunk bed and 2 x single bed), storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer, spacious bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and washbasin with furniture.
In the corner of the bright living room is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. The 2 comfortable sofas can also be used as a place to sleep. This allows up to 6 people to stay.
From the living room you can reach the sunny terrace with a view of the harbor.
Here you can enjoy peace, nature, rippling water and water sports.

Nice location

This was great for our family of 4. Kids are 11 and 12 and loved the bunk beds. Everything was very comfortable. Cleanliness of the silverware was a little poor like another reviewer stated, but we just cleaned everything before use. View and deck were so nice. Unit was very spacious and quiet. Would stay again!

Not clean!

Cleaning must be better. Dishes dirty in the dishwasher! Breadcrumbs and hair in the cutlery tray! Cooker dirty! Glasses dirty! Toilet lid not fixed! Silverfish in the wardrobe.

Es war sehr unsauber, die Klappbetten im Wohnzimmer waren eine Katastrophe.Wir mussten erstmal 2 Std. putzen, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Absolutes No Go.

Vorsicht - absolut nicht empfehlenswert: Miserables Apartment! Wasserschaden, kaputter Spüler, miserable Gesamtausstattung, nicht sauber. Das Objekt ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es ist eine Frechheit, es überhaupt zu vermieten und zu dem Preis sowieso. Gastgeber reagiert bisher nicht auf Rückforderung.

Gut mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage am Hafen war so schön wie auf den Fotos. Gutes Urlaubsfeeling... Die Sauberkeit war ok. Für ein paar Tage also eine nette Location. Bei einem Problem war der Eigentümer hilfsbereit und zur Stelle. Womit wir nicht zufrieden waren: Wir hatten extra ein Haus mit privatem Parkplatz vor der Tür gesucht. Leider wurde nicht erwähnt, dass ausschliesslich Pkw in der Anlage parken dürfen, für unseren 6m-langen Kastenwagen-Camper galt das nicht, wir mussten vor die Anlage auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz umparken. Das war sehr unkomfortabel. Der Kühlschrank war klein, eher wie ein Camping-Kühlschrank, den man sich auf die Terrasse stellt um einige Flaschen Getränke zu kühlen. Nicht geeignet,um eine vierköpfige Familie einige Tage komplett auszustatten. Auch das Gefrierfach war so klein, dass ein Beutel Gemüse reinpasste, aber nichts weiter. Eine Badematte/Fußmatte im Bad gibt es nicht. Die Betten waren mittelmäßig. Leider fliegen auch häufig Flugzeuge direkt über das Haus. Fazit: für uns eher keine Option für ein zweites Mal, aber wen die Kritikpunkte nicht stören, der hat bestimmt einen schönen Aufenthalt

Propriété très fonctionnelle et originale car située au bord de l'eau avec sa terrasse d'où l'on peut voir bateaux, canards et cygnes.
