Situated in the grounds of a Kentish Thatched cottage, Cherry Villa is a tastefully converted barn which can sleep up to four people in a boutique Italian style design and comfort. It has its own private courtyard garden full of beautiful shrubs and potted plants and a large decked area complete with bistro table and umbrella which seats four people. There is a large BBQ and firepit, logs and charcoal are available to purchase.

Cherry Villa is self contained and like our other cabins is not overlooked, it has a wonderful view of the paddock and cherry orchard all of which are for the exclusive use of our guests.

The interior of the Villa has been beautifully decorated in an italian style and the furniture and soft furnishings reflect this well. There is a fully fitted kitchen, with plenty of cutlery, utensils and cook and tableware. There is a fridge freezer, full size oven and hob, with plenty of space to prepare food. It also has a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster.

The double bed has a very comfortable mattress and the sofa can be converted into another bed so the villa can sleep four people.

One of the main features of the Villa are the two large bi-fold doors, which can in good weather be opened to allow guests to fully open the front of the villa onto the decked area and gravel courtyard.

The Villa is fully insulated, so even in the winter can make for a truly peaceful, relaxing and cosy break.

The shower room and WC is well appointed and a heated towel rail ensures it is always warm.

The villa has cabled WiFi and TV, so if you do need to work or catch up on your movie watching it's all here.


Cherry Pickers Cabin
Travel back in time to the 1940s with our vintage cabin. Enjoy a cosy separate double bedroom, WC & shower room as well as a kitchen complete with living area & bunk bed sofa.The refurbishment uses many upcycled local products so look out for the quirky features. There are Spitfires overhead on the flight path for Biggin Hill. Obedient dogs are welcome. There is excellent Wifi, smart TV and firepit.

Cherry Lodge
Escape to a secluded orchard with Cherry Lodge. Unwind in our cabin where you can enjoy a fully-insulated interior and decking with a wall-mounted heater for chilly nights. Expect bliss with a comfortable double bed, WC & shower room, kitchen & living area. The sofa becomes a double bed. There is excellent Wifi, smart TV and firepit.
