* The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool 9m x 4,5m with a hydromassage, a shallow part 1m x 4m (0,5m depth) for your youngest family members or just for chilling, an outdoor shower, and 6 deck chairs. There is a covered terrace with a lounge corner, a dining area with a barbecue (gas), and table tennis. The parking lot is secured for 4 cars on private property, fenced.
* The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and IPTV, air conditioner, free WiFi, comfy sofa, and two lazy bags with glass walls toward the pool area.
