plenty of space for soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine. Want to

Overview
Villa Derya Paradise is located in Dalyan, Dalaman Region. This
semi-detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free
Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 7 people (6 Adults and 1 Child) with 3 Bedrooms
and 4 Bathrooms. There is a private pool. Walking distance to the
Restaurants.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

A very enjoyable visit to Dalyan. The apartments are an easy walk down the river into town. Was lovely to have both the private pool for cooling off and larger public one for swimming in. Gallery Iz on the main drag is worth a visit and recommend using the water taxi to visit Ituzu beach.

Excellent accommodation with a beautiful view of the river and restaurant with great food. Staff friendly! The villa perfect life is as ita€™s out of the way so we hired a scooter for the 3 of us and got into town in a few minutes when needed. Would definitely stay again. Response to any queries from the agents and staff was great.

The villa was fantastic had everything we need the location was amazing the pubs, restaurants, and shops were all along the route to the main town which had even more restaurants and shops the people were all so nice polite and helpful would definitely go back we had an amazing timeesupermarkets

This place was fantastic. Very good location. We took the shuttle boat down through the Dalyan river to the beautiful sandy beach, where we had sunbaths, a healthy sea breeze, and delicious local food to our pleasure. Turkish food is very delicious...you have to try it while you are there. Overall we had the perfect vacation, we really enjoyed it and we are going back for sure!

Everything was very clean and kept well. Spent lots of time out in the pool and sunbathing at the terrace its a perfect place for a chill-out. Dalyan is a great place to visit, it offered everything for all of us who stayed there (river tour, food, entertainment, hiking, food tasting...). A beautiful property and a beautiful holiday in fact we are hoping to return again next summer.

Just what we look for when booking a villa, cozy, clean, and well maintained. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and had its own terrace and pool area. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed the evening breeze. During our stay there we visited Gocek and Marmaris and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Iztuzu Beach and Ekincik Koyu beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc.Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

This place was fantastic. Very good location. We took the shuttle boat down through the Dalyan river to the beautiful sandy beach, where we had sunbaths, a healthy sea breeze, and delicious local food to our pleasure. WE WERE SO WELL LOOKED AFTER BY ALL THE TEAM AT PARADISE COMPLEX AND MANY THANKS TO THE WHOLE PARADISE AND AGNI TEAM, THAT HELPED WITH ARRANGING TRIPS FOR US WHILE THERE. Villa is just like a description. As mentioned in the information display on the website we took the shuttle bus to the private sandy beach resort. Also visited Gocek and Marmaris and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...).We tried great Turkish specialties there. You have to try them while you are there! Also most of our time we were visiting different beaches: Iztuzu Beach, Ekincik Koyu, etc. Nice places for sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming, boat renting... Perfect holiday overall. Thanks again Agni...We will be returning again.

Turkey has always been a great place for my family and me to visit. Villa Derya Paradise was that what we wanted. Great villa in a nice complex-Paradise complex with lots of extra amenities. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The price was fair for the days we stayed. What can you say about the pool and the relaxing area with sun loungers-absolutely gorgeous!!! We also take the boat trip through the Dalyan river - was superb!!! Dalyan is a nice place with a lot of activities to offer for every age and peoples tastes. We met nice friendly people there and tasted almost all Turkish specialties. We spend a terrific holiday there and definitely, we are returning back for next year.

Booked a villa in Greece through this company. Villa Derya Paradise was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice outside area with private pool and terrace. Nice complex as well. Everything is organized and everyone was helpful in the Paradise complex. Also, everyone in Dalyan was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Fethiye, Sarigerme, and Ortaca and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.
