Villa Marisol is a lovely, traditional Spanish style villa situated on one level. The property benefits from a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Air-conditioning to all 3 bedrooms & wifi internet.
It has a private pool and spacious garden with mature trees. 5 mins drive to the beautiful seafront, harbour, castle, and blue flag beaches of Moraira.
The villa has a large lounge and dining area, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning units.
The property has a long drive leading to the villa, the pool terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers, table & chairs. The Naya is furnished with a sofa and two chairs plus a table and chairs for outside dining.

The property was as desscribed. Lots of space outside to enjoy the sun and also a lovely shaded naya. The pool was excellent and well maintained. Inside the villa again lots of space. Bedrooms were a good size. The shower over the bath was maybe not great but we managed. There was a great restaurant about 10 minutes walk from the villa which was excellent 'The Hilltop' and a supermarket and bakery/cafe beside it. We had a lovely time at the villa and would definitely go back.

Great stay, villa was in great location and would stay again . Problem with the aircon in 1 room that was sorted in the day-thanks again for the quick response. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future .

Moraira

Spacious villa with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic pool, although the villa itself could do with a slight updating, but overall comfortable. Grant, the chap who looks after guests was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Tolle Lage aber dem Haus fehlt etwas Liebe 😌

Die Kommunikation war sehr nett, genau und zügig. Beim Ankommen gab es einen tollen Willkommensgruss mit Sekt und Bier und ein kleines Starterset Lebensmittel. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut, vor allem da wir am Sonntag angereist waren. Das Haus war sauber und wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Schönes Grundstück mit dem Pool und neuen Liegen mit Blick auf die am Abend beleuchtete Palme. Lage nah zum Meer. Um die Ecke ein kleiner Supermarkt und auch ein Restaurant. Wir hatten da einen leckeren Burger und Rippchen. Leider war es zu unserer Zeit etwas laut mit Gartenarbeiten aber auch Baulärm. Damit muss man in einer solchen relativ eng bebauten Siedlung rechnen. Leider gab es keine Mittagsruhe. Es war wirklich nur sonntags ruhig. Man hat aber schnelle Möglichkeiten zum Strand, trotzdem schade wenn man ein Poolhaus gebucht hat. Negativ war leider die Sauberkeit in der Küche. Das gesamte Geschirr, wirklich alles, war nicht sauber. Es gibt auch keine Spülmaschine. Unser Rat wäre eine anzuschaffen, damit das nicht passiert. Leider waren auch alle Schränke in der Küche von innen und aussen nicht sauber. Aber nochmal sei gesagt, dass das Haus ansonsten wirklich sauber war. Leider sind auch viele Fliesen kaputt. Wir haben auch eine neue Toilettenbürste gekauft und neue Wäscheklammern. Der Wäscheständer war total kaputt und wurde schon mehrfach geklebt aber es gab noch eine Wäscheleine. Sind keine grossen Sachen aber es fehlt etwas Liebe 😌

Much needed Holidays

A lot of Villa - very helpful host and maintenance manager. Could do with updating? Beds - Bathroom - Furniture in general. That’s not a criticism just my opinion. I wish I owned it? That says a lot I was reforming it in my mind whilst we enjoyed our stay….Thank you Diane you are very lucky to own a Villa in such a nice location.

Beautiful villa

Loved this Villa. Great location, excellent pool and outside area. Property manager Grant was a diamond. Nothing was too much when we needed a bit of assistance. Hilltop bar is a must visit while you are staying. Great food and really friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday May 2024

Had a fantastic stay at villa Marisol. We really loved the outside space and the pool. Great location. Diane was really helpful and friendly. As was Grant in spain who came to check we had settled in ok. We also really appreciated the welcome pack that was left for us. A really lovely holiday.

Excellent Location but Requires TLC

First impressions of the property were good. Everything was there as listed. Lack of coffee machine and dishwasher, although known about, irked slightly. This was offset by the generous welcome pack that was in the fridge. After a while it became clear that the property and its fixtures required maintenance. The air conditioner in the main bedroom was clearly not working correctly and required servicing. Also, the batteries in the remote control were dead and required replacing. All the pots and pans were way past their useful life as were the kitchen knives. All these things could be rectified at minimal cost and would enhance the experience of staying there. Overall the property was tired and needed updating to bring it up to scratch as this is not an inexpensive property. On the plus side the pool was immaculate and well maintained although the same could not be said about the garden and driveway that was covered in weeds. Again this could be resolved for little cost, together with the closure of the main gate which currently requires a length of rope to secure it. Also the broadband and wifi were very good but although the Freesat tv worked fine, some work is required to enable the capture of all available channels. Could be the dish or the LNB causing the issues. Notwithstanding the foregoing we enjoyed our stay as we were in an area that we know intimately having lived there for a number of years.

Tranquil retreat

The villa is set in beautiful gardens with a well tended pool. We were welcomed with a fridge stocked with essentials which was a lovely surprise. We had a local contact for any requirements/queries we had during our stay which is always reassuring. We had a fabulous 2 weeks staying here and loved Moraira too. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

Peace and Tranquility

Another wonderful stay at Villa Marisol. We all had an amazing time. The villa is so well equipped and a joy to stay in. The pool is fantastic and the outside terrace is great for getting some shade. We all enjoyed returning for a swim after a day out and you can get the sun until 8.00pm. Thanks again to Grant for sorting out the wifi. We will be back. Xx

Top Haus, top Urlaub

Wir waren im August 2022 in der Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, das Haus-Innere für sechs Personen sehr großzügig angelegt. Die Betten sind bequem, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Sowohl die Vermieterin als auch die Verwalter vor Ort sind äußerst freundlich, Bitten und Anregungen werden sofort erfüllt. So wurde die defekte Waschmaschine umgehend ausgetauscht. Klimaanlage, Außengrill, Pool - alles top. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! We stayed in the villa in August 2022 and felt very comfortable. The facility is very nice, the interior of the house is very spacious for six people. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are very good. Both the landlady and the manager on site are extremely friendly, requests and suggestions are immediately fulfilled. The defective washing machine was immediately replaced. Air conditioning, outdoor grill, pool - all great. Highly recommended!!!

Hidden Gem

Villa Marisol is a haven for rest and relaxation. Really lovely welcome pack when we arrived which was great if arriving late. It is in a quiet residential area so a car is a must. Around 5 minutes drive from Moraira and 20 from Javea its perfectly located for exploring the area. The pool area and outside spaces are huge and we enjoyed playing boule on the long gravel driveway. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and good air con. We had a wonderful stay. We had a small problem with one of the toilets which was fixed within a couple of days and the property managers were pleasant and efficient. A few minutes drive to the excellent Ca la iaia restaurant. If you like peace and quiet, this villa is perfect.

My family and I have had numerous holidays in Moraira, and we decided to purchase a property 16 years ago. We have been really happy with Villa Marisol and hope to retire there in a few years. We have rented out this property for over 15 years and have tried to constantly upgrade and improve it. The villa has been managed by a local property company who have recently retired so we have had to re-list this property. Consequently we are not able to attach the previous reviews we have received.

We love this property because it is in such a safe and quiet location. The property is fairly private and it is very peaceful to relax in. We also really like the local shopping area, which is a short walk away, and has the Hill Top Bar. It also has as another bar the Barioche and a well equipped small supermarket, hairdressers and a car hire company that we use.

We particularly enjoy the Naya area, and we like the circular shape of the lounge. We wanted a traditional Spanish style villa with some modern features. From the lounge and the front bedroom you can see the sea in the distance.
