"La veranda" is a nice apartment located in the municipality of San Lorenzo a few steps from the center and the local beaches in a quiet and peaceful area. Equipped with all comforts, it is ideal for a quiet beach holiday or as a base to discover the local Ligurian villages and fairytale villages of the French Riviera and Provence.
The apartment is 200 meters from the access to the Cycle Path (also known as "The Cyclyng Riviera") of the "Riviera dei Fiori" Coastal Park, one of the longest in Europe with a path that can be used by pedestrians and cyclists in both directions that connects Imperia Borgo Prino with Ospedaletti for a total development of just under 27km in continuous expansion.
Composed of a double bedroom with cabinet and dresser, living area with sofa and fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances (refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and oven). Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The room that inspired the name of the apartment consists of a large veranda that overlooks the river that cuts through San Lorenzo. Closed on two sides by large sliding windows that can be opened to be able to have lunch outside on an extendable table with 6 seats or have a quiet breakfast or read a book in absolute relaxation on the sofa.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Maurizio war ausgesprochen freundlich und sympathisch, allein wegen des persönlichen Kontakts mit ihm würden wir wieder kommen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Wintergarten mit den aufschiebbaren Fenstern ist ein toller Ort zum Entspannen/Essen/Spielen, was auch immer. Der historische Ortskern ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Strand nicht viel weiter. Sehr nette, preiswerte Restaurants ebenfalls. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich auf der anderes Seite des Flusses. Wohnung ist ebenerdig zugänglich, fast ohne Stufen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in San Lorenzo Al Mare! Der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da er nicht überlaufen ist und alles bietet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Bäcker im Dorf und die zahlreichen köstlichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Dorf hat viel Charme! Der Strand und das Meer sind einfach traumhaft! Der Weg dorthin beträgt nur etwa sieben Minuten, was für unsere Kinder mit ihren Rollern oder zu Fuß kein Problem war. Der Fahrradweg am Meer ist ein tolles Erlebnis und macht viel Spaß. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und hatten als Familie mit zwei Kindern (sieben und neun Jahre alt) ausreichend Platz für alles.Wir hatten das Glück, während unserer zwei Wochen einen freien Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür zu finden, und es gibt auch einen weiteren Parkplatz nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Maurizio und Donatella waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr gelungen, und wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem. Das Haus ist leider etwas hellhörig. Der Hammer: die Veranda! Am Nachmittag Sonne satt, zum Auftanken nach dem langen Winter. Der Ort ist hübsch, in der Nebensaison nicht überlaufen. Sehr nette Vermieter, unkomplizierte Übergabe und hilfsbereite Nachsendung vergessener Gegenstände ;-)Absolut empfehlenswertes Quartier!

Accueil chaleureux et souriant par Maurizio.....Très jolie location, confortable, bien équipée, décorée avec soin et de bon goût.... Proximité de tous commerces, bon choix de restaurants et front de mer très agréable, à environ 200 mètres de la location.Location tranquille dans une petite ville très sympathique avec beaucoup d' endroits où il est facile de se garer. Schönes, sauberes Apartment. Alles da, was man braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr nette Vermieter. Bettbezüge und Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen oder einen Aufpreis zahlen, aber ansonsten tiptop.

ottima posizione

situtato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma comunque a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, dagli esercizi commerciali (tra cui il supermarket vicinissimo) e dalla bellissima pista ciclabile, potete dimenticare l'auto per tutta la vacanza. La casa è pulita, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario. Bellissima la veranda con vista aperta dove godersi momenti di relax. Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili.

Cudowny, klimatyczny apartament zlokalizowany blisko morza, sklepów i restauracji. Zapewnia spokój i ciszę a w tle wieczorem przyjemne koncerty żab. Piękne widoki na górską okolicę z okien werandy. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone we WSZYSTKO COJEST POTRZEBNE W CODZIENNYM ŻYCIU. Znajdziemy tu dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię, łazienkę i pokoje. Ma piękną werandę, w której można spożywać posiłki i relaksować się. Gospodarze przemili i pomocni. Warto dodać, że w budynku znajduje się garaż. Niedaleko ścieżka rowerowa i dwie wypożyczalnie rowerów. Jedno z piękniejszych miejsc na spędzenie udanych wakacji. Polecam!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Der Kontakt mit Maurizio war sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und ist sehr nah am Strand, Pista Ciclabile und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Veranda verleiht der Wohnung ein ganz besonders Flair. Wir sind sehr zufrieden :-)

Tolle kleine Wohnung alles da was man braucht. Lage ok kurze Wege alles gut erreichbar. Maurizio und Donatella sehr nette Leute. Hatten etwas verspätung trotzdem wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Uns wurde alles erklärt ,und zur verfügung gestellt was sich in der wohnung befindet. Wohnung sehr hellhörig !!!!!!!! Aber uns war das egal. SAN LORENZO AL MARE NETTES DORF MIT NETTEN LEUTEN. Genug Geld einplanen für Strom!!!!! Für 2 wochen 100 euro bezahlt. Sogar für Schweizer Verhältnisse viel. NUR ZUR INFO. Ansonsten schöne erholsame Ferien. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Kommen bald wieder. Liebe grüsse vom Bodensee an maurizio und seine Frau. Bis bald Familie Wild

I'm sorry for the noise (if I have interpreted correctly): apart from the frogs, the apartment is normally quite but we will try to understand the noise. As far as consumption is concerned, I understand the disappointment and I also understand it: unfortunately in the last year the costs of electricity in Italy have increased considerably and the hot period has certainly encouraged the use of the air conditioner. ruhige Lage, zu Fuß an den Strand, zum Einkauf. Der neue Radweg nach Porto Maurizio ist auch zum Spazieren geeignet. Die Wohnung ist klein aber mit allem ausgestattet.

Ottimo!

La casa è molto accogliente e ordinata, dispone di tutto ciò che può essere necessario e tutto molto funzionale. La posizione è ottima per poter dimenticare la macchina e muoversi a piedi o in bici. I proprietari di casa sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, dandoci anche dei consigli su cosa visitare. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e sicuramente la consiglieremo!

Assolutamente da tornare!

Sono anni che vado a San Lorenzo fin da quando ero bambina. L’appartamento è comodo a ogni esigenza, siamo stati con i nostri bambini di 7 e 1 anno. Non abbiamo spostato la macchina per tutta la settimana. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort dal condizionatore alla lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Maurizio e Donatella sono due persone squisite! Sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare nel loro appartamento!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, mediterran und hell. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Die Waschmaschine ist super praktisch. Die Klimaanlage haben wir bei den Temperaturen auch gerne genutzt. Schön, dass es eine Garage gibt, sodass das Auto auch nach dem Urlaub immer noch "ganz" ist. Der Vermieter hat uns nach der Ankunft sogar geholfen, die Koffer in die Wohnung zu bringen, was nach einer langen Reise sehr angenehm war. Danke! San Lorenzo ist ein wunderbarer Ferienort ohne Riesentrubel, was für uns perfekt ist.
