Beautifully renovated home in paradise valley village North Phoenix. Walking distance to a park/dog park. Close to the 51 freeway, close to hiking, golf, 8 minutes away to the Musical Instrument Museum, Desert Ridge Market place, Dancing, live music, restaurants, North Scottsdale, 20 minutes to Oldtown Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, and much more. It's a nice quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors.
This house has a guest-house that we as owners sometimes stay there, but both the main house and the guesthouse are private with its separate patio, full kitchen, bathrooms, and entrance. Please note that the only amenity that is shared is the laundry room. The laundry room is private to the main house and guesthouse because it has two doors. The swimming pool is only for the main house. We will not use the Main-house backyard because the guesthouse has its own. The entrance is on the side of the home with its private driveway, so you will not see us coming in and out. Again sometimes we stay there it is not all the time, and when we are there, the guest from the main house doesn't even realize we are there.
Guest in the main house have access to everything in the home we only ask that you reserve the hallway closet for only the cleaner.
