The Location is just perfect for the food and site seeing, but most of all the warmth and hospitality that the host conveyed and provided hade made our the stay there even more enjoyable. Top notch place to visit in all categories !

The apartment was the perfect size for our group. We had 5 adults sharing the space. The clothes washer and kitchen made the stay more economic. The breakfast that was included was the perfect way to start each day. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The location was the perfect area to explore the Vatican, Rome, and get to the train station to connect to other places.

Within 100 foot of our door there are many shops, bakery’s and restaurants. The transportation in very close proximity to the property was easy and convenient to get us anywhere we needed to go. The place was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly.

We had a good stay. Was walking distance from St Peter's. Wi-fi was good. We only stayed for 1 night. Check-in person was very friendly but could not speak English. With google translate and talking to owner on phone everything went well.

Wish I had more time

This place was bigger than I thought. We didn't use it, but the kitchen was really nice. We only had a quick stay due to flight changes, but I liked that the neighborhood was a little less touristy. If you plan on going to the Vatican, this is a perfect stay for you. I would stay here again.

All around the best place to stay in Rome. This was my first time visiting Italy in general. Francesco was incredibly nice, the place is very centrally located, and clean!

Great apartment & helpful host

This apartment was perfect for our quick stay in Rome. We were able to walk to the Vatican , it is so close. The apartment is bigger and more spacious than we expected which was great! Host was responsive and helpful. Very clean and accommodating with dropping luggage off early

Excellent host, nice location and very comfortable apartment.

We had a great stay. It was great that the unit came with a washer and kitchen. The two bathrooms and air conditioner in every room, made the stay very comfortable. A surprise bonus from the host was free breakfast at Mozart Cafe every morning, which is just on the other side of the lane.

Francesco's apartment is perfect for us. AC was great during hot summer. Close to metro. We didn't hear any loud noise from the neighborhood when we have AC on at night. Thank you for the lovely apartment. We definitely will stay at the apartment if we come back to Rome.

Very reponsive host. Nicely located-10 minutes away from the he Vatcan and St. Peter's. Very clean and well equipped. Very safe entry and exit.
