Seafront Ourania Studio No5

Ourania Studio 5 is a stunning, spacious studio sleeping up to 3 guests located right on the seafront and offering the most breathtaking seaviews over the Ionian Sea. Set along the quiet coastal road leading from the lively Messonghi to the quiet fishing village of Boukari, Ourania Studio 5 is set on the upper floor of a 2-storey building of just 4 apartments. Messonghi, with any kind of facilities, is just 1km away but leaving the balcony, or the sea just below the apartment, will be really difficult! The views, the location, the value for money, will amaze you!



Inside, the studio is airy and spacious (it measures nearly 40sqm, therefore there is plenty of space for all the guests). The sea-facing location will surprise even the most demanding guests, as sleeping pampered by the gentle sound of the sea below will be a memorable experience. This air-conditioned studio (air-conditioning is included in the rental price) has 2 single beds (that can be joined into a double if required) as well an extra single bed for a 3rd guest. Big patio doors open onto the furnished sea-facing terrace. Fitted wardrobes as well as a compact yet well equipped kitchenette are available for the guests. The studio also has its own modern bathroom with bathtub + shower over.



FOR LARGER PARTIES: Ourania Studio can be combined together with other 3 studios in the same building increasing the total occupancy up to 10 guests. Contact us for availability and rates.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes wi-fi internet as well as maid service with change of linen once a week and mid-week change of towels. Air-conditioning is also included and individually controlled.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 2 per apartment per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

Merci Maria pour votre gentillesse et votre écoute au besoin. Le matériel pour la plage mis à disposition est juste parfait avec des canoë , des ballons et bien d’autres choses . Juste un pas et nous voilà dans l’eau quel bonheur 😍 Encore merci grave à vous nous avons pu profiter d’un superbe séjour.

What a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment overlooking the stunning bay. Right on the beach and such helpful and kind hosts who were always available to assist. The kindly let us use their kyaks to paddle around the bay. The area is so peaceful and without the busy tourist feel of the other side of the island. Nearby are great restaurants and a small town within 20 minutes walk.

In beiden grösseren Appartments hatten wir einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer und durften die Kayaks ausleihen, das war einer unserer Highlights. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind einfach zauberhaft mit direkten Zugang ins Meer. Maria ist eine hilfsbereite und netteGastgeberin. Vilelen herzlichen Dank für Alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Maria. Der Ausblick ist in echt noch schöner, als er auf den Bildern aussieht. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt und das Bad war sauber. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Immer wieder gerne!

Even better than in photos, the apartment was sparkling clean, had all the basics to cook if needed and within walking distance of a few very good restaurants. The balcony with that view was amazing every morning and every evening watching the sun go down. We did not use the private beach or swim but this is a great value add as you only have to share with other residents of the four apartments in total instead of hoards of people on the public beaches. Host Ourania was non obtrusive but super helpful when we had questions. Already planning to come back!

We loved staying in this apartment and really wish we had spent our entire trip to Corfu here! The view was incredible, and the proximity to the water unbeatable. Gorgeous sunrises that we could watch from bed, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics that we needed for a few days. The apartment was incredibly clean, and Maria responded almost immediately to our messages. For example, one of our towels fell off the drying rack on the balcony, and within minutes of messaging Maria to let her know, the folks across the street had brought us a new one. We much preferred this area to the north end of the island where we had stayed at a hotel for a few nights, and recommend the cafe/bakery just a few minutes drive down the road. It was easy to find using Maria’s directions, and quite close to lots of beaches as well!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten das Apartment Nr. 3 und wir fanden alles sehr ansprechend. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, vor allem die Lage direkt am Meer war einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch einwandfrei geklappt, war aber alles auf Englisch. Wir hatten dort auf jeden Fall eine wunderschöne Zeit und können es nur empfehlen.
