Your studio is fully equipped; each studio features a double bed with fresh linens, a 32" LED TV Smart TV, a spacious closet and work area, and a spacious, modern bathroom. You also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with a microwave, as well as your own private, lockable pantry and mini-fridge.

Accommodations The accommodations are located in a fully remodeled building designed to house 10 comfortable studios for students, professionals, and young-at-heart couples.

The property has 800 m² of floor space dedicated to the comfort of our guests.

All common areas are designed to be enjoyed, from our lobby and reception area—where you can welcome visitors or pick up delivery orders—to our Business Corner, where you can collaborate with colleagues or classmates. With every amenity and without having to go up to your room, this space features comfortable chairs, a whiteboard, a tempered glass door to ensure privacy, basic office supplies, and a printer with paper in case you need to keep working late and don’t have time to go out to print.

But if you’re looking to have fun, please use our beautiful terrace with a grill to cook your own food, along with tables and chairs to enjoy a weekend of barbecuing!!!

The neighborhood is family-friendly and welcoming, with a large student community. It’s perfectly located in northern Mexico City.

You can get around the neighborhood on foot or by bike—it’s safe and peaceful.

The parking lot has 6 spaces; it’s free, but use is at your own risk, and availability depends on occupancy. On some days, we are at 100% capacity. You may have to park your car on the street or in the building of our sister project: Casona 3.

We only ask that you use a single designated space. Look for the parking maps in the reception hallway or in the garage.
Other highlights:
Your access is independent and private; support, security, and maintenance staff are on site most of the time. Cleaning staff are available until 4:00 p.m.

You’ll also find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, convenience stores, and pharmacies within a 5- to 10-minute walk.
