The townhouse is a newly renovated 60m2 (650ft2) air-conditioned house, centrally located, combining a spacious living room, dining room area and open fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious bedroom (king size bed) and its bathroom, and a terrace with a magnificent view on the Fondation Vincent Van Gogh and the Rhone river.

Should you be travelling by car, note that the historic old town (where you will be residing) is a restricted area, mainly pedestrian. Nevertheless, you will conveniently find a closed and secured parking only 5 minutes (on foot) away at Parking du Centre (entrance Boulevard des Lices, by the Post Office).

La maison de ville, rénovée récemment, de 60m2, située en plein centre historique, est climatisée et comprend un salon, cuisine entièrement équipée et salle à manger, une grande chambre lumineuse dressing et sa salle de bains, ainsi qu’une terrasse jouissant d’une vue a 180 degrés, donnant sur la Fondation Vincent Van Gogh et sur le Rhone.

Si vous deviez venir en voiture, veuillez noter que l’accès motorisé au centre historique (ou vous séjournerez) est limité, et possible uniquement jusqu’à 10 H. Vous trouverez néanmoins, à 5 minutes (à pied), un parking couvert, fermé et sécurisé, le Parking du Centre (entrée Boulevard des Lices).
