Hi, I'm Lateef. I am an avid traveller, with some of my favourite places being Hong Kong, Amsterdam and New York. Previous stints in Banking/Financial Services/Government and now Tech. I am also a major sports player/fan. I thoroughly enjoy working out and playing basketball. I believe anything is possible, and people should always take the "jump" when they can. In 2018, i setup a management company called - ARO Management and a superb team managing a variety of properties across the United Kingdom and West Africa.

This property is located on College Road, Ogba-Ikeja. It is approximately 30 minutes from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and Ikeja city mall, with is accessible with all kind of transportation around Lagos. College Road is a busy road with so many shops and restaurants around.
The apartment itself is equipped with basic amenties eg TV with Gotv decoder, Acs in all rooms and sitting room, portable fans in all rooms and sitting room, Gas stove/Oven in the kitchen along side basic cooking utensils.
The flat comes with inverter/solar as back up power and a generator.
