This beautiful, spacious brand new apartment is situated close to the Old Town of Albufeira within easy walking distance to the beach, a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

This residential block has underground private parking and also ample off street parking outside.

Situated on the first floor with lift available this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property has air conditioning throughout and is comfortable and well equipped.

The modern living area leads out to a spacious terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. This terrace has a built in BBQ and sink area that can be closed off with a sliding shutter and also ample seating.

There are 2 double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom and also the separate shower room.


Perfectly situated for a great holiday with everything you could need close by.

The accommodation is so modern with all the facilities you need. Really spacious accommodation and lovely having beach towels there too. The only downside is there are very few sun beds at the pool and it would be great if the owner could leave some at pool tied up with a code. Accommodation is so close to Aldi and roughly 8 mins walk to old town

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful modern apartment well stocked with lots of living space issue we had was dealt with promptly could do with more sun beds by pool and more mirrors in apartment. Would definitely recommed and will 100% be returning

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Its set back from the old town around 10 mins walk (steep steps on way back) this was good for us as was very quite at night. The pool was lovely and quite, great for cooling off at the end of the day. Lots of water sports available in the town which the kids loved. Aldi is directly behind the apartment which was ideal. Nothing i would improve on the partment had everything needed and expected.

Quiet relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was clean when we arrived. There was a bad smell that came up from the en suite bathroom of drains which we could not get rid of, we think the fan in the room did not work. Balcony was nice. More sun loungers for the pool would have been better as it was a struggle to get any. It would have also been nice if there had been some beach chairs or umbrellas left in the garage. We left ours so hopefully the next guests can make use of them. Overall we really liked the apartment and the peace and quiet.

Malpique Residence

Lovely, new apartment in a small complex, ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. Apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Nice, clean pool area, not many sunbeds though. About 15 mins walk to Old Town square with a couple of different routes to walk. Aldi beside the complex was very useful. It would be good to have the option of a welcome pack, water etc. in case of a late arrival time as we had. Overall we had a great stay and wished we had stayed longer than a week.

Family Week in Albufeira

Lovely weeks stay, which this lovely apartment played it's part in, all was definitely as expected from the listing and pictures. All rooms are spacious with independent a/c units in each room. The kitchen is well appointed, all appliances nearly as new and plenty crockery, glasses etc. Only disappointment was the lack of some type of coffee machine. Master bedroom is ensuite & opens onto main balcony and has plenty storage space. However double bed is just ok, fairly thin & over firm mattress. Other 2 bedrooms also have plenty storage with access to a 2nd private balcony looking to the rear. Lovely large balcony overlooks the pool area and catches good late afternoon / evening sun. Furniture looks nice but is not very comfortable, a couple of recliners would be a good addition. Balcony also has a good bbq area which we had intended to use but didn't get round to it. We strongly recommend the owners add some additional mirrors in the property, only mirrors in full property are in the bathrooms, no good when multiple people getting ready. Pool area is quiet, peaceful & clean, water temperature pleasant. Although pool was never busy there is a very limited number of sun beds. Apartment is located is in a quiet area with the convenience of an Aldi immediately behind the apartment, great for essentials. It's only a 10 minute downhill stroll into the old town, add an extra 5 minutes for the nearly all uphill return trip. Would happily recommend to friends & family.

Recommande fortement

Une propriété vraiment complete , appartement tout equipé , a proximité 2 min a pied du aldi , et 5min du liddl.( on y a pris le petit dej tous les matins pas cher du tout). En ce qui concerne la propriété très bien entretenu , la piscine est toujours nettoyé , transat fourni , avec un wc en bas qui evite de retourné au appartement pour une envie pressante . En ce qui concerne l appart ,il est tout equipé ,clim ,machine a lavé etc..., il n y a rien a amener , et la vue magnifique du balcon avec ce barbecue est un régal. Bref je recommande et j y reviendrais.
