The separate, modern kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

The spacious balcony has a table and chairs for casual outdoor dining.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, with everything that Lake Garda has to offer on the doorstep. Just 400m from the lake shore; close to local shops and cafés; for dog owners, there is even a dog park 3 minutes away. It is an ideal choice for friends or family who want to explore the lakes and surrounding countryside.

The town of Sirmione can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients.

Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, 30 minutes away by car). There are also windsurfing schools close by on the lake and a boat hire centre just 10 minutes away.

Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes by car.
