This spacious and Modern penthouse apartment is perfectly located behind Meia Praia beach and on walking distance to Lagos Marina. From the main balcony you have a breathtaking view overlooking the meia praia beach and even on a clear day you can even see a panoramic view from Alvor to Lagos

It is within walking distance to the centre of Lagos and the beaches. In the condominium you have access to an elevator to get even a more fantastic view from the fantastic rooftop terrace and shared swimming pool.

The property is surrounded by a gate with an electronic entrance with off the street parking (for a small/medium car)available. In the apartment we provide you with a key for the underground parking where the apartment has a private spot.

The apartment is fully equipped with AC in every room, dishwasher, washing machine and a big open kitchen that provides all that is needed to enjoy your stay in the Algarve. Including a balcony on each room, to enjoy the sun and your meal everytime during the day.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located on the Lagos side of 'Meia Praia', the area named after the beach behind which it lays. You'll have your toes in the sand within 5 minutes after leaving the house! The Marina area is about 20 minutes away and has all you need including restaurants, bars with live music and a large supermarket. To reach Lagos downtown you just cross the bridge behind the marina.

There are also a few restaurants located at Meia Praia, some as part of the resorts. The Vila Galé resort also has spa and gym facilities that are open for outside customers.

Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars, and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.

## Transit

You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.

Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.
