Private ground floor apartment with private portico for 4 people, located within the Alessandra Residence in Padenghe sul Garda, equipped with a swimming pool, convenient for reaching the town centre and main services.



The apartment welcomes guests with the living room equipped with TV, sofa bed, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine and toaster.

From the living room you access the covered porch from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the swimming pool; the porch is equipped with a table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners in the open air. The apartment continues with the double bedroom with a second TV and a bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



The swimming pool at the Alessandra residence, measuring 18x9, is available from 15 May to 30 September from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap is required.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, nestled in the greenery of the moraine hills. This land constitutes the productive area of the most important D.O.C. wine in the province of Brescia: the "Garda Classico". The Padenghe sul Garda Castle hosts theatrical companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, historical and folkloric re-enactments that fill the sweet evenings after a day spent on a boat or on the beaches. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for younger people.

There are also long walks, cycle paths, fields, a rich programme of events and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. The beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic historic centre.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport, which is only 45 minutes away by car.
