Cosy Flat for two with stunning estuary views
The Garden Flat is on the Esplanade at Fowey, overlooking the river and and providing attractive and comfortable holiday accommodation by the water's edge.
The Garden Flat is part of Tide House which is a substantial Edwardian property boasting beautiful river views of the busy estuary, bustling with sailing craft, fishing boats and freighters transporting china clay around the world. It is just a short walk into the centre of Fowey, a historic town which has a unique unspoilt charm with narrow winding streets and an array of pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries.
The Garden Flat forms the ground floor of the main building and has it's own separate entrance. It sleeps 2 and comprises of a kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and a spacious sitting room with TV and DVD. French doors lead onto the patio with superb views of the estuary. The bedroom has two 3ft divan beds and there is a bathroom with bath, shower WC and pedestal basin.
Linen, gas central heating and electricity are included. Please note, there are steep steps to the flat which may not be suitable for the elderly.
