Tide House is on the Esplanade at Fowey, overlooking the river and providing attractive and comfortable holiday accommodation by the water's edge. It comprises the Main House and The Garden Flat which can either be booked individually or as a whole, sleeping up to 10 people.

Tide House is a substantial Edwardian property sleeping 8 people and boasting beautiful river views from the 2 balconies where you can sit and watch the busy estuary, bustling with sailing craft, fishing boats and freighters transporting china clay around the world. It is just a short walk into the centre of Fowey, a historic town which has a unique unspoilt charm with narrow winding streets and an array of pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries.

The ground floor has a kitchen/diner with refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The elegant lounge has wide bay window from which there are excellent harbour views, TV and DVD player. The lounge has recently been refurbished. There is a balcony off the lounge with table and chairs enjoying wide views over the estuary.

The first floor has two bedrooms both with twin 3ft divans and antique furnishings, one has double doors to a second balcony with wide harbour views, there is also a shower room with wide shower, WC and pedestal basin.

The top floor has two further bedrooms one with twin 3ft divans and magnificent harbour views and the other suitable for children with full length 3ft bunk beds, also there is a modern bathroom.

The Garden Flat sleeps 2 and comprises of a kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and a spacious sitting room with TV and DVD. French doors lead onto the patio with superb views of the estuary. The bedroom has two 3ft divan beds and there is a bathroom with bath, shower WC and pedestal basin.

Linen, gas central heating and electricity are included in both properties. Please note, there are steep steps to the flat which may not be suitable for the elderly.
There is parking in a covered garage space for the house.
