Casa Iona A is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Iona A you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Casa Iona A is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features private terraces and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Lido Marini, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the bus stop at 450 meters (1480 feet) and the closest beach (Saracino Beach Club) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards).
Casa Iona A is located on the top floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the street level going up approximately 22 stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Casa Iona A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). The townhouse is divided in three apartments, each covering one of the floors of the building.
Laundry room
A laundry room is on the mezzanine floor. You will be able to enter it from a small terrace through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with guests staying at 2 other apartments.  Terrace 1
The first terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea at a distance.

Terrace 2
The second terrace is 7 square meters (75 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea at a distance.
Kitchen
The furnishings of the kitchen are bright and agreeable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Roof LevelTerrace 3
The third terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first terrace going up a spiral staircase, climbing 15 steps. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding buildings and of the sea at a distance.
