Easy access:
Set in the Nyon sector, a quiet and convenient part of Morzine:
- 100m walk to Téléphérique de Nyon cable car. When there is snow, you can ski right down, or hike up/down in summer.
- 25m to free shuttle stop (Line N, access to Morzine and Avoriaz).
- 1.5 km to the centre of Morzine town, along a safe, wooded path next to a stream.

Perfect location for skiing in Morzine

We had a really nice stay in Morzine. The apartment is perfectly situated near the periferique de nyon. The house is very comfortable, we stayed with a family of 5. Nitzan ( the host) was very helpful with our questions. We would like to come back!

Great apartment in Morzine

Lovely 1st floor apartment with dual aspect sliding doors and balcony, about a 15 minute walk down a trail by the river to the city centre. Well equipped kitchen with free coffee pods. Nice and quiet whilst we stayed.

Spacious apartment with wonderful views!

We are returning guests to this well appointed and spacious apartment. We just love it! Just as in the photos and with good communication from the owner. Would certainly recommend!

Overall an enjoyable stay, needs a couple of items as shown to the property owner changing to bring it back up to an exceptable standard for what you expect at this level.

A great place to stay …

This is the third time I’ve stayed in this apartment with friends. It’s clean, cosy and comfortable. The location is peaceful with the convenience of the Téléphérique de Nyon just a minutes walk up the road, and the free bus to Morzine centre and Pleney Gondola stoping just across the road. If you like to walk, there’s a lovely riverside path into Morzine, which takes about 20mins. The host responds very quickly to any queries and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering break.

Great ski trip

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment and it didn’t disappoint. The location is in a peaceful area, which is easy walking distance into Morzine along the river or road … or the free bus stops just outside the apartment. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner is responsive to messages and has been a pleasure to correspond with, answering all enquiries promptly in a friendly, courteous manner. I highly recommend this apartment.and will look forward to staying there again.

Comfortable stay in pleasant accommodation

The renting process was smooth and well run. We enjoyed the accommodation. It was well set up. One criticism. The pillows were terrible! Otherwise the facilities were good. Location was rather out of town. Ideal for car drivers with the parking and Nyon lift. It was ok with us though and other than return from meals in town the bus service was excellent.

Spacious apartment with fantastic views

Beautiful spacious apartment in a lovely location with great views of the mountainside. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms make it very comfortable for four people and we had a great time there. The host was helpful and very responsive in helping to sort out a few minor practical matters in relation to the apartment. It is close by the Nyon lift, but if you travel late in the season when snow cover is sparce, it is just as easy to take one of the free buses and travel into town to catch the Super Morzine Bubble. Beautiful walk into town via the waterfall and river walk.

Appartement très agréable

Bon emplacement pas très proche de la ville mais facilement accessible par un chemin de quelques km en vélo. Téléphérique juste à coté et garage bien pratique pour stocker les vélos et skis.

Emplacement parfait

Appartement idéalement situé, 30 mètres de la piste et 60 mètres du téléphérique de Nyon. Residence et environment calme. Propriétaire pas présent physiquement mais très réactif. Rien à dire tout était propre, les consignes étaient bonnes. Merci à vous pour ce séjour au ski que nous attendions depuis 2 ans.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The location gives excellent access for hikers, joggers and Randonee skiers right from the doorstep.
From the apartment you can be on top of the mountain in about 15min. Téléphérique de Nyon is a couple of mins walk away, with access to the whole Morzine-Les Gets ski area. A free shuttle bus stop (line N) is in front of the building (this goes to Pleney or gives access to Avoriaz via the centre of town).
If you choose to walk, there is a beautiful wooded path along a mountain stream which starts at the end of the Nyon car park. It's a slight downhill walk of 1.5 km to centre of town.
Cascade de Nyon is a 10 min walk. Beautiful waterfalls and natural pools for a cold dip. There is a restaurant and tree-top adventure park, which is open during the summer.

Inside the apartment:
The apartment has been partially renovated and fully refurbished, as of winter 2025. The bathrooms are in good condition, but will also be remodeled for summer 2026.
En-suite master bedroom with large bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. Living room has a fold-out couch; however, we will only accept bookings for 4 people.
A large dining table accommodates 6. The kitchen is fully equipped (we do not have a microwave). A washing machine is located in the garage, one floor down.
