A lovely stay

We loved the cosy cottage and really enjoyed exploring an area of the Dales we hadn’t visited before. You can walk straight from the door and the local area is very peaceful. Thanks to our hosts for the welcome basket - it was much appreciated!

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location

Stunning. Cosy, romantic, well equipped cottage. Beautiful surroundings and good communication with ghe owner. Will be rebooking for sure.

Idyllic

This cottage is in a wonderful location and is super cozy and comfortable. Its well equipped, a real home from home. We had lovely walks through stunning countryside directly from the cottage, there is also loads of places of interest just a short drive away. Our hosts were extremely helpful and even went to the trouble of getting a few vegan treats for us on our arrival, which was really appreciated. This was one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in.

Perfect short break

We absolutely loved staying in Ivy Cottage. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. The village is beautiful so many walks in the area too. We enjoyed our walk to Reeth along the river and through the Dales. We also had a short walk up towards Booze and back down along the river. The Red Lion was a cosy pub to grab a drink. Rowena the landlady was very knowledgeable and proud of the area. Definitely want to revisit this fabulous cottage. Thank you

Knus en gezellig ingerichte cottage.

Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. De cottage was schoon. Alles was aanwezig. De cottage was in het dorpje wat lastig te vinden ondanks de beschrijving die meegestuurd was. Leuke / authentieke pub in het dorpje. Yorkshire Dales is prachtig.

Great house in a marvellous location

Since it was a very late booking, we managed to gain access and everything was very smart. The house very clean, easy to work appliances. Very nicely decorated. Plus a great location
