The well-kept holiday apartment with a double room, a children's room with a bunk bed and an extra pull-out bed and a sofa bed in the living room is just 500 meters from the lakeshore and has all the comforts: air conditioning, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and private garage space for your car. Another plus point of the holiday apartment is the large communal pool, which is open from mid-May to mid-September and is available to our holiday guests free of charge.

From the apartment you can take spectacular panoramic hikes on Monte Baldo. A supermarket with fresh bread rolls for breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake can be reached on foot in less than minutes (350m). The kitchenette is fully equipped and has an oven, stove, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils as well as a Senseo coffee machine and an Italian mocha and kettle. Baby equipment available on request.

Assenza di Brenzone is located on the north of Lake Garda, between Malcesine and Brenzone. Both villages are within walking distance via the beach path and offer many good restaurants, bars, shops and many excursion options. You can reach all other places on the lake either by water from Brenzone or by public transport. The next bus stop is on the main street, 400 m away.
