Captiva is ideally located in Marigot by the water, on a large estate.
The luxurious well-kept garden offers magnificent species and will absorb you in a magical tropical atmosphere.

With a resolutely modern decoration and a Caribbean architecture, the owners perfectly succeeded in recreating the warm atmosphere of the colonial home. The long overflowing heated pool overlooks Marigot bay.

Each of the four separated, equal size bungalows that are strewed in the splendid garden, have a bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. The sea view is ubiquitous. Very quiet and private, they suggest rest, serenity and relaxation.

The fifth bungalow has a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room, communicating with another kids' bedroom (overlooking the garden), with its bathroom. The latter also has an independent entrance.

The fitness room is extremely well equipped.
Marigot is a maritime nature reserve. Snorkeling lovers will enjoy the multitudes of brightly coloured fishes, turtles… Captiva is a unique villa where everything is only luxury, calm and pleasure. One of our very favourite villas!
