Villa Patrice is a lovely villa situated in the tourist resort of Marina di Massa, only 2 km from the beach.

Completely fenced, the property boasts a private garden with lawn, a covered gazebo with dining table for 4-6 people, and a brickwork barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills.

At guests disposal\' also a private parking for 1 car.



Internal Description



Internally furnished with maritime decorations, Villa Patrice is spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 9 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The property is equipped with Internet Wifi, air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Neither animals nor groups of children under the age of 25 are allowed.



Ground floor: The ground floor, with direct access to the garden, houses a bright open space, consisting of: a tv corner with two comfortable sofas, a dining area with table for 4-6 people, and a kitchen (equipped with breakfast table, oven, fridge, dishwasher and stove).

Following is a double bedroom with wardrobe, and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).



First floor: The upper floor, accessible by climbing some stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area, divided as follows: 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed).

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: House and garden maintenance; Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250,00€); utilities according to consumption (gas, electricity and water); any extra services on request. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (100,00€) is also requested, and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
