Bright studio located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, only 150 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to four guests. The property features a spacious balcony with sea view, a slightly separate kitchen, a living/dining area with a double bed plus a double sofa bed, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. Equipped one covered parking spot and a reserved beach place (1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed).
