Art is everywhere in this stunning 2BR/1BA APT in Koukaki, opposite the National Museum of Contemporary Art. Every single element of furniture and decor shouts out elegance. Beautiful lighting, comfortable furniture, modern pieces combined with eclectic vintage ones, everything promises to make your stay unforgettable. The smart layout gives a cozy and spacious feeling. The living room is joined w/ the dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen, all filled with light and happy vibes.

Wheelchair-friendly home, please confirm wheelchair width in advance (typically 60–80cm) to ensure smooth access and a comfortable stay.

Please note that there is a charge of €15 for check in between 21:00 pm-23:00 pm, which is paid in cash upon arrival.

Very nice stat

We stayed as a family of four. The place is clean, modern, and new. We walked everywhere because it’s so close to the major attractions and local restaurants there were really good. Great choice for Athens.

Great apartment in the heart of Athens

My family of four enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the heart of Athens. The place is very close to the Acropolis and other attractions. Valentina (our property manager) took great care of us and ensured that the place was well-furnished. The apartment is exactly as described and has everything we needed as a family of four.

Great location in central Athens walkable to all the monuments and restaurants/facilities you're likely to need. Near instantaneous responses from property managers who were incredibly polite and available any time (not that we had any issues). Airport pickup and dropoff went flawlessly and they were even able to arrange it during a taxi strike. All in all, a very pleasurable experience and exemplifying that Greek hospitality you read about in the guidebooks. Would recommend whole-heartedly. The place looks just like the pictures.Only word of caution is that the bedrooms do have some traffic noise. So if that bothers you, you might want to pick a more tucked away location. But that will add to your commute. Harry and Velia were wonderful as were their drivers Panos and Giannis! This is my second trip to Athens in 15 months and I've fallen in love with the wonderful people and food of Greece - not to mention their incredible history. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

You’re right that being in the heart of the city comes with some typical Athenian urban energy and traffic sounds, but as you noted, it’s the trade-off for being steps away from the monuments and the best food in Greece! Un fantástico apartamento imprescindible para tu visita a Atenas. El emplazamiento es ideal, muy bien conectado en las afueras del barrio de Placa. Muy completo, con todas las comodidades. Muy tranquilo. Alquilamos un coche para excursiones a las afueras por unos días, y no tuvimos ningún problema para aprovechar prácticamente en la misma puerta durante todos los dias. Y las atenciones de la agencia tanto a la llegada como durante la estancia han sido geniales.
