The link-detached holiday home is constructed in the Eifel region’s characteristic style and, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, can accommodate 6 people. The semi-detached accommodation provides guests with a usable area of approximately 85m2.



On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area. It has a modernly furnished seating area and a television. The open-plan kitchen with dining area has luxury appliances such as a gas hob, combi-oven and dishwasher. Downstairs there is also a small bathroom with a shower and washbasin, a separate toilet and storage area. The furnished patio is located right next to the villa, offering a comfortable place for guests to relax.



The first floor has 3 double bedrooms. All bedrooms are twin bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a television There is also a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet.



You can also enjoy free WiFi in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car in the main car park a short walk away.



General information: because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
