PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events

Groups under 40 years old are not allowed.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged

If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection performed between stays.

Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

Bed and bath linens washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.



SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, safe.
