Thank you so much for your excellent review! We are so pleased you had a great trip. Our condo in the Coral Cove development has always been extremely secure and safe - thanks to our brilliant team of security guards. But as you found, they are more than just guards - they are more 'concierge' as they are always keen to help our guests whenever they can. Kerrie, the manager is excellent also, but our regular manager, Zoe, was obviously away on holiday. She is a lovely lady and fantastic at her job too. Hopefully you may meet her one day in the future! Jasmine is a fantastic cook - I hope you managed to try one of her evening meals too. She cooks all types of food, but we love to have her cook local style - and her Bajan curry is to die for! But again, she is more than just a housekeeper - as you say she is like having a 'mom' around - and she has some brilliant stories to tell! I'm pleased you enjoyed the beach - in the summer it can at times be almost deserted! We always strive to keep our apartment in excellent condition and regularly update the decor and soft furnishings. Aside from it being a 'second home' to ourselves, we want our guests to come away having enjoyed a fantastic vacation too. We are glad you liked lounging in our private garden area. We have tried to make it as private as possible without affecting the view of the sea, and think we have succeeded in doing this. As I told you, the whole team always try to give an excellent holiday experience and your comments will be passed on to all of them. We are delighted you found the apartment to be luxurious, immaculate and well equipped as we always try to make sure furnishings etc are regularly replaced. As for the location, we feel it is very hard to beat Paynes Bay Beach! Everyone looks forward to welcoming you back in the hopefully not too distant future!

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you did not enjoy your 4 night stay in our apartment last February – especially as we are used to guests enjoying themselves in our home. Our property manager took prompt action to address all your issues the day after your arrival, as we have always tried to give a very positive holiday experience. A private house (not an hotel) is being completed next door, quite some distance from our apartment (not a ‘couple of feet away’). This is demonstrated by the photo taken from the sea – our apartment is mid building, ground floor. The works are now almost finished and are scheduled for completion July/August this year. Our apartment undergoes constant maintenance. Because it is a very popular rental, we close up for works every September. Last year, bedroom 2 was completely refurbished, taps replaced throughout, all walls painted, floors polished - refurbishment of the pool. Soft furnishings/linens are also replaced regularly. We have not received any other complaints regarding the kitchen and when we stayed this April, all of the high quality appliances were functioning perfectly. All such items are repaired/replaced immediately at the first sign of a problem. We previously advertised the apartment as ‘suitable for 5 persons’ since guests had requested this in the past. When you booked, the photos showed two good sized bedrooms with two king sized beds/twin (sleeping 4 persons) and it was clearly stated in the notes section that a ‘temporary bed’ could be hired to accommodate a fifth person for free - just a daily charge payable for bed hire. This was placed in the master bedroom as you requested and the day after your arrival, our manager arranged delivery of an extra mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. The photos and text show there are only four internal dining chairs, but six more in the garden which additional guests normally use. A more comfortable chair was also delivered the same day as you were not happy to use one of the garden chairs. Regretfully, we made the decision after your stay, to no longer accept a fifth person even though many past guests have appreciated not having the expense of renting a three bedroom property. Also, in future open jars etc in the fridge will be scrapped and wasted. Our housekeeper previously kept them for the benefit of guests, helping with their food expenses. I am sure these free items will be missed by our regular guests.
