気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
I've booked a ground leveled chalet and they told me that all were booked and they assigned me a fourth floor chalet a few days before my checking in. I booked this chalet with a Wi-Fi service and I figured out that there's no Wi-Fi and I had to use the roaming service which was very poor as it's provided by the local company and they charged me $15 a day for a very slow dial up kinda internet service. I've noticed a few roaches in this chalet as well. Communication wise, they are using pre-paid electricity cards, and one morning I got a power outage and I tried to call them on their cellphone and on WhatsApp and they didn't pick-up their phone right away, then finally they answered me and came to recharge the electricity meter after 3 hours in this hot summer without AC and i couldn't leave the chalet and go to the beach or anywhere else because if I leave the chalet I can't get access to the chalet using the card as the entrance unit can't be activated without electricity. Moreover, they came to change the bed sheets once during two weeks of my stay over there. All in all, these guys who run the rental company don't try to go above and beyond to give a better service to their clients and I won't book with them again.
