Conveniently located in the centre of Ciciana, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 14 km (9 mi) from Lucca.

What to Expect
After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a playground and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.

The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 2nd floor is not inhabited and remains closed, whereas two rooms on the ground floor (at the garden level, below the house) are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to guests. The owners use these rooms only occasionally, preferring times when guests are not present, mostly to get the products to clean the pool and water the garden.
