a spacious house in a small, welcoming village a few miles from Courmayeur

First, we would emphasize that your potential host, Tina Macri, is really nice and helpful. She is usually in town and available if something goes wrong. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, so yuo can cook at home. Furnishings are rustic, which is appropriate for a ski town. You cannot park right at the house, but we always found parking in a free lot about 100 meters away. Public transportation is available to Courmayeur if needed. On the downside, potential guests should be aware that the upstairs bathroom has a "low bridge", so bumping a head is a possibility unless you are careful. Also, two of the bedrooms--those with bunk beds, are pretty small, but then again kids would probably not mind that. We also could not find any English language programs on TV. All in all, we would recommend Tina's house and would happily stay there again.

Tina est très disponible et très accueillante ... SUPER

Nous étions venus à 8 dans le cadre du Tor des Géants. Le logement nous convenait car pas dans le centre de Courmayeur et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Pré Saint Didier a tout ce qu'il faut : boulangerie, petit magasin d'alimentation générale, restaurant, bar, ...

Ferie in Prè Saint Didier

Meravigliosa in questa fantastica casa dove no ci ha mancato niente. Siamo stati veramente come a casa nostra, tutti i dettagli curati al massimo La posizione perfetta per fare delle gite nelle vallate vicine e a un paso delle terme dove ci siamo rilassati e goduto del meraviglioso intorno. Grazie mille a Tina per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

bella casa, confortevole e dotata di ogni confort e per bella intendo affascinante come solo una vera casa di montagna sa essere bene arredata, comoda, è un po' come arrivare nella propria casa di montagna e poi una grande host Tine è simpatica, disponibile, gentile fino all'inverosimile e molto ben organizzata la località poi è perfetta, bella di suo e la base perfetta per le tante escursioni da fare insomma, una vacanza davvero bella

Cozy and quaint

We loved the home and found it very relaxing. We took a beautiful hike to the falls behind the town near the spa. The hike took about 35 minutes uphill to arrive at a magnificent lookout.. The only caveat is that we would have liked if Pre Saint Didier was closer to Courmayeur. It is a 6 minute car away.

Una Pasqua indimenticabile

Esperienza bellissima! La Sig.ra Tina davvero molto gentile e accogliente. La casa l'abbiamo trovata pulitissima e ricca di ogni confort. Vicinissima al centro e a bellissime passeggiate. Consigliatissima per gli amanti della montagna e del relax nella natura. Speriamo di tornare presto!!! Katia

La casa è bellissima, accogliente, sopratutto pulitissima, siamo stati molto bene in famiglia, la posizione è ideale, vicino alle terme, e per raggiungere courmayeur , torneremo sicuramente, Tina una persona molto disponibile e gentile.

Vacanza riposante

L'appartamento è confortevole e caldo e ben attrezzato, la disposizione dei locali ben riuscita. Tina è stata solerte, gentile e molto attenta ai bisogni degli ospiti. Unico neo l'orario di arrivo alle 17:30 e di partenza alle 10:00. Comunque da consigliare

Soggiorno in Valle d'Aosta

Abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima settimana di agosto in questo bel appartamento. Pulito, ben organizzato, curato. Tina, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente!

SOGGIORNO PERFETTO

Accoglienza splendida,Tina è meravigliosa! La casa è bellissima, paragonabile ad una baita in centro paese, comodissima anche per 8 persone. Tutto ordinato e pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte ma c'è tutto l'occorrente che serve anche per lunghi soggiorni. Speriamo di poterci tornare quest'inverno per poter sfruttare il fantastico camino!

Nice appartment with value for money - very friendly host

Very fair cost/benefit-ratio. Comfortable size and equipment of rooms. The style of the house is very origin and fits very much to a holiday trip into Aosta valley. If something is missing, Tina as very friendly host, will surely take care. The real star is the fantastic Mont Blanc scenery, which can be perfectly enjoyed from Pré Saint Didier, a small village with its own charme.

Wonderful, charming unit with a great host!

Wonderful unit, charming, clean and well-equipped. Very attentive host that worked an issue with the wifi very quickly. Spacious, clean and well-equipped unit in a charming town. Walked to town square for concerts, meals and gelato. Awesome experience!

Lovely apartment in a stunning setting

Tina was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was full of character, situated in a quiet area. It was immaculately clean and well-equipped - perfect for our family stay in July. The day spent on the Skyway cable car was spectacular and a hit with everyone. The waterfalls above La Thuile are well worth the climb. We also walked in the Val Ferret and Val Veny. Col du Petit Saint Bernard is worth the trip and the Passerella Panoramica is a 40 minute walk from the apartment providing beautiful views across the valley towards Courmayeur and the Mont Blanc Massif. This is a beautiful area. We would definitely stay again - thank you so much, Tina.

Per la nostra scelta ci siamo basati sulle foto e sui commenti degli altri viaggiatori.....ed abbiamo fatto benissimo La casa è in pieno centro a Prè Saint Didier e quindi grande comodità ad esempio per le terme.. Le foto sono assolutamente realistiche e quindi danno un'idea della vera casa.....un casa di montagna tutta legno...perfettamente attrezzata e curata anche nei minimi dettagli...luminosa, pulita ed accogliente... La propietaria disponibile per ogni necessità...... Consigliatissima sopratutto per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici...

Superb apartment for our recent dads' ski holiday

The apartment was the perfect base for our recent ski holiday. It has a comfortable and spacious living and dining area and a well-appointed kitchen. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are ideal for two families of four or eight singles in our case. The separate ski and boot room was a useful feature and free parking was available nearby. The town itself is pretty, has shops, bars and restaurants and is very convenient for the ski resorts of Courmayeur and La Thuile. The owner, Tina, is extremely helpful and friendly. We intend to return!

Meravigliosa!!!

Casa fantastica, in centro a Pres Saint Didier, quindi comoda per escursioni in zona. La casa è bellissima e molto grande, anche per più famiglie. E' arredata con stile, romantica e rustica! ogni piccolo dettaglio è fatto con attenzione! noi avevamo anche 2 gatti che si sono trovati benissimo, come noi del resto. La proprietaria è gentilissima in tutto, descrive la casa in ogni parte ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Consigliatissima e ci torneremo sicuramente. Uniche pecche: essere rimasti per sole 3 notti e forse un balcone che nella stagione estiva può essere utile.

Gemütlich möbliertes Berghaus

Für Winter-Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Leider weder Balkon noch Garten, so dass man bei schönstem Wetter weggehen musste. Das Doppelschlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad ist nicht für Menschen >1,70m geeignet, da das Gebälk im Bad sehr tief ist. Tina, die Besitzerin, ist eine sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche Frau, die immer ansprechbar war. Das Dorf hat alles, was für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird und ist hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für sommerliche Unternehmungen. Die Bewohner sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Touristen gibt es - außer beim Besuch der Therme - ganz wenige.

Cozy apartment in charming town

We really loved the character and feeling of this place! It has a great mountain lodge ambiance! You can hear the rushing of the river at night :). The living space is a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but was still comfortable for our large group. The town is small and quaint, has a great, large grassy park for children, and a small market. Some of the bakeries, shops were not open yet for the season (opened on June 20), but that wasn't a problem. There is a good grocery, Familia, 6 minutes drive, easy to get to on the main road. The spa a block away is quite fancy, with multiple hot springs pools, massage facilities, food. You can look it up online. Two of us went and it was well worth it! They were quite busy on the weekend, but very available during the week. We road the Skyway up Monte Bianco and from there, across the ice field on the Aiguille du Midi tram. It's a Spectacular ride on a clear day. Tina was very helpful and met us in the village center to take us to the apartment. The only down side was that it was unseasonably hot when we were there and a couple of table fans would have made a big difference in daytime comfort. I would definitely stay here again!

Bellissimo appartamento

Bellissimo appartamento situato nel centro di Pré Saint Didier, vicino a negozi e alle terme. Arredamento curato e caratteristico, spazi molto ben organizzati. Particolarmente adatto per famiglie. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.
