Nikolas House is a spacious apartment with amazing panoramic sea views, located in the neighborhood of Loustri in Gimari just a few meters away from Agni and Kalami Bay. The property has been recently renovated and has nice balconies overlooking the Bay of Kalami and the Ionian Sea all the way up to the Greek Mainland.
The exterior staircase lands on a spacious open-plan living and dining area with large balconies overlooking the sea and the Albanian coasts. Next to the living room is a small wc with the washing machine and all the clothes-washing facilities. The large traditional kitchen, which has recently been refurbished, provides exceptional cupboard and dining space, an oven, a fridge, and all the necessary utensils for the family's cooking and dining. The tranquil apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double traditional metal bed and huge wardrobes, while the second one is a twin bedroom with mounted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking Kalami and the open sea. There is one bathroom, which is spacious, modern, and distributable for a large family's needs. Nikolas is a village house that provides air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. dishwasher, television, and a torso-small back balcony with mountain views.

It has picturesque houses, old and new and a traditionally built church. Loustri is a 10 minutes’ walk from Agni Bay and around 20 minutes away from Kalami. And just 500 meters away from the beach of Gialiskari .Gialiskari is a small beach, located next to the beaches of Agni and Kalami.In contrast to Agni and Kalami , which are busy and very popular, Gialiskari is secluded and quiet, with very mild tourist development. This makes Gialiskari an ideal destination for those seeking the tranquility of the sea, away from noisy taverns and beach bars.
