Luxurious apartment in Southam

One Abbey Lane is a modern, architect designed, addition to an historic timber framed house. From it's private entrance and parking space you climb the stairs and are met with a light, airy and extremely spacious one-bedroomed apartment.

The large bedroom has a superking bed, comortable armchair well positioned to watch the large smart TV, workstation and dressing area. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

Up a few steps and the large living room has a lounge area with large smart TV (and double sofa bed), kitchenette (microwave, sink, small fridge, toaster and kettle) and a dining area.

There is a sonos sound system and spotify account, with an ipad for you to control the music in all three rooms. Free fast wifi.

It sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Cots or additional beds available for children.
The properties are stylish and luxurious, yet still comfortable and cosy.

High quality furnishings and fittings throughout, high spec technology including sonos sound system in every room (and an Ipad to operate it), superfast free wifi, large TVs, luxurious toiletries - real home from home.

Each of the properties has its own unique character thanks to the many original features of the house.

The history of the properties adds to the special atmosphere.

Lovely accommodation!

Our party stayed in both one and five, both places were well equipped and felt very homely! Would definitely recommend - especially those getting married at Warwick house what a great location! We stayed night before my wedding and had the most lovely evening, the little garden was ideal for us having dinner in the sunshine! Our fridges were stocked with milk and butter as well as croissants and bread which was such a lovely touch! The owner was very quick to reply to any queries too!

Perfectly situated, clean, warm and cosy

Facilites were immaculate and clean, plenty of space. A very nice place to come home to at the end of the day. Highly recommended We were working at the Polo Club , less than 5 mins drive .Perfect Local village on the next road so we were able to pub lunch before our Event too . Very thoughtful tea/ breakfast facilties in the room . Couldn't have been better for what we needed .

A really charming and yet contemporary conversion which was ideally located for my wife’s 60th birt.

A very well presented and homely feel to the apartment with attention to detail in bathroom fittings and location of roof lights to provide good natural lighting. Very comfortable bed and bedding made our stay really cosy. Good internet connection and tv service. Located within easy reach of local shops and services. Owners are attentive, helpful and close by should you need them. This was a great base for my wife’s big “60” celebrations and we will stay here again with family close by.

Would have loved to stay for longer

Lovely accomodation, quite unique and very comfortable. Had its own entrance and dedicated parking space in a good location at a decent price. Only negatives being I found the iron, but couldnt find an ironing board and breakfast was basically bread or croissant with butter. Maybe leave a few honey / marmalade / jam sachets or tubs and then you have a basis for a breakfast.

Lovely apartment

Myself and my best friend stayed here the night before my wedding at Warwick house. The apartment was perfect. Very spacious and had everything we needed. I had a busy day on the Friday but Sally kind let me leave my dress earlier than check in so I didn’t have to have it in the car with my whilst all day. Great contact with Sally, she was very helpful. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay and the bed was very comfortable.

Just perfect

We used this property as a basis for a wedding in Warwick House opposite and it worked just perfectly. The rooms were amazing, the facilities exceptional and we slept very well. Highly recommended and if we had reason to come this way again, would certainly book again.
