Aegean View Estate property is a large apartment complex that lies in the most ideal location in Rhodes, just a stone’s throw away from the busy Faliraki. Guests can choose between 3 apartments (Aegean View Estate-1, Aegean View Estate-2 and Aegean View Estate-3) with a magnificent sea view and a beautiful sharing swimming pool. The property has large outdoor areas that allow lots of activities as well as special occasions and events. Each apartment conveniently accommodates up to 6 guests.

This apartment is on the ground floor and has 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Also, there’s a comfy double sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom, with a shower. Moreover, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the apartments. The interior decoration of the apartment welcomes the refined visitors with a cozy atmosphere of elegant simplicity. Outdoors, visitors will find the sharing swimming pool with its sunbeds which is perfect for dipping and playing. It’s deep enough for swimming and at the near end, it is shallow enough for safe play for toddlers. The pool area is surrounded by a green hill with pine trees and banana trees that add an exotic touch to the garden. In the garden, you can smell and taste herbs and aromatic Mediterranean plants, such as basil, rosemary, mint, thyme, and marjoram. Feel free to cut and taste figs, lemons, and apricots from the trees. Also, there’s a table tennis for fun moments. Its privileged location offers magnificent views in both directions: on one side you can enjoy the wonderful view to Faliraki beach and on the other side the view to the beautiful gardens and the pine forest. There is also a separate children's activity area where children can play basketball, table tennis, or ride a swing with a view. Parking is right inside the courtyard and the whole complex is located within secure gates.

Aegean View Estate has located only 2km away from Faliraki village, where you can find a wide range of conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. Faliraki is also full of beach bars and restaurants where visitors can enjoy a refreshing drink and a tasty meal. Just a 100m walk from the front gate of the property there is a traditional taverna that serves authentic Greek cuisine, live music and dancing, and exceptional customer service. Within a short distance, you will find six of the most famous and beautiful beaches on the island. Faliraki beach with the fine golden sand is just 2km/5 minutes by car and offers a wide range of water and beach-related activities. The famous beach of Anthony Quinn and the picturesque port of Ladiko are accessible even on foot (1.6km) or 4 minutes by car, Traounou beach is 2,4km/ 4min by car, while the endless beach of Afantou is also just 5km or 5 minutes by car away. The airport of Rhodes is found in only a 20-minute drive.
