Spacious 2 bedroom bungalow in a very quiet accommodation with only 12 bungalows. Supermarket right in front of your house, and you also have a private parking. The bungalow possesses of airconditioning and international television. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (135 cm). There is a spacious kitchen, very well equipped.
Around the bungalow (semi-detached) you have a lot of space and it is sunny the whole day. There is a bbq. The property is totally fenced so it is really perfect for holiday makers with little children or people who like to bring their dog.
Plenty of restaurants and bars are in walking distance: Shopping center Sandia at 20 meters, Cita shopping center at 600 meters and Yumbo shopping centre at 650 meters.

Great Location

We had a great time staying at Casa Maniga, the bungalow is comfortable with a private garden and a shared pool, many amenities and beach area close by.

Everything was perfect, amazing bungalow with everything needed, perfect location 6 minutes walking from the Yumbo. Very clean place and charming host.

Lovely bungalow

We spent two weeks in the house. Ilse was super nice in the organization as well as communication before we arrived. When we had questions she helped super quick. The house as well as the garden and pool area are very nice and well maintained. It is located perfect near the beach, the dunes and a small supermarket.The kitchen equipment is a bit old and could be renewed as well as the doors could get a bit of oil to work smoother ;) but the rest is great. Since we have a baby unfortunately we faced several issues after a few days. On the other street side is a big glass container which is used regularly especially by the pubs across the street. Often also at midnight which is super loud and woke up our son a few times. The next neighbour on one side us a veterinarian so you often hear animal noises, especially cats. And every night until midnight you can hear the whole evening entertainment from a hotel nearby (we guess). All in all it was a super stay and if you are out in the evening or party yourself all is fine. But if you are sensitive towards noise you might have some issues there as we did with a baby. Nevertheless thank you for everything Ilse, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend!

Sehr schöne zentrale Bungalow. Parkplätze vorhanden.Man ist ist 5-10 min in den Dünen oder am Strand.Kurze wege zum einkaufen gegenüber Dino Supermarkt oder Cita Jumbocenter.Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtungen waren sehr gut. Poolanlage sehr sauber mit vielen Liegen.Check in und Ckeckout war problemlos.Bungalow ist sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.Wlan super Empfang.Klimaanlage vorhanden haben wir nicht benutzt.Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub.

Urlaub wegen Bungalow Renovierung mit Abstrichen

Der Aufenthalt in dem Bungalow selbst war sehr gut, störend waren die Renovierungsarbeiten täglich von morgens 8 Uhr bis abends so dass man nicht einmal telefonieren konnte auf der Terrasse das Bungalow selbst ist genau wie beschrieben sehr groß jedoch ist das Sofa selbst nicht zum Schlafen geeignet

Amplio y relajante bungalow con todas las comodidades

La zona de terraza era muy amplia y con barbacoa de carbón. Mucho calor dentro de la casa pero con el aire acondicionado se estaba muy bien en las horas de mucho calor. La piscina estaba muy bien cuidada y aunque es comunitaria parecía para nosotros sólo de la poca gente que había. Había un supermercado justo en frente con todo lo necesario. Muy cerca de las dunas de Maspalomas para dar paseo e ir a la playa. Totalmente recomendable.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben und für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber und zum Strand sind es maximal 10 Gehminuten. Ein eigener PKW-Stellplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber. W-lan und das internationale Fernsehprogramm funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist auch sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Ilse ging reibungslos und schnell. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Ein tolle Unterkunft mitten im Geschehen

Das war genau das richtige für uns. Eine Unterkunft in Strandnähe mit eigenem Garten und ein Pool gleich nur wenige Meter entfernt. Bars und Supermärkte sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage war uns auch wichtig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. :-)

Schönes Bungalow in zentraler Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Shopping-Center La Sandia. 100% Privatsphäre auf dem Grundstück. Alle wichtigen Ausstattungsmerkmale vorhanden (gute Küchenausstattung, schnelles Internet, SAT-TV mit allen deutschen Programmen, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer). Sehr nette Gastgeberin ! Wir waren vollstens zufrieden und würden das Bungalow jederzeit wieder buchen.
